It Can Be More Terrifying Than Sihr — Intense Qareen Domination (Tasalluṭ)
Many people have done numerous ruqyah programs and even seen improvement in some symptoms — yet the ta'attul (stagnation), restlessness and the same problems keep coming back. The cause may not be sihr (magic) at all — it may be the intense domination (tasalluṭ) of your own qareen.

Many people have done numerous ruqyah programs and even seen improvement in some symptoms — yet the ta'attul (stagnation), restlessness and the same problems keep coming back. The cause may not be sihr (magic) at all — it may be the intense domination (tasalluṭ) of your own qareen.
When the Qareen Itself Takes the Role of the Mass
When the qareen's domination is intense, it does not remain limited to mood and waswasa (whispers) — it interferes with decisions and repeatedly postpones important tasks for no reason. Even in matters that have not been told to anyone — even in a plan you have only thought of in your mind — sudden reluctance, fear and disinterest come over you.
Dreams and Psychological Signs
- Dreams are chaotic or full of negative messages; even good dreams get spoiled
- Repeated dreams of failure, fear, loss and being chased
- Thinking for hours on end about a small annoying incident, while the heart does not turn to blessings and successes
- Unexplained tiredness, depression, loneliness, anger, suspiciousness, and unexplained aversion to people
Even behind many incidents of family quarrels and separation, this intense qareen domination may be present, Wallahu a'lam.
First step
Instead of running after sihr alone, give importance to the treatment of the qareen as well. Stay consistent with qareen ruqyah and the qareen program — do not stop, and do not be confused even if one raqi tells you of one kind of sihr and another raqi tells you of another.
Daily amal (practice)
- After every salah (prayer), recite Surah Al-Kafirun — 3, 5 or 7 times.
- Before sleeping, recite Surah At-Tariq every day — many people have benefited greatly from this.
- Take a bath with water and salt over which Surah Qaf has been recited — 1, 3, 5 or 7 times.
Daily habits
- Every day, walk for 1-2 hours, along with plenty of "La ilaha illallah" — both body and mind are refreshed
- Do not skip istighfar every day, nor the morning and evening adhkar
Treating the qareen is a matter of patience and consistency — it takes time, not days but, in sha Allah, for the hardened influence of years to lift.
