Daily recurring waswasa, negative thoughts, and repeated obstacles in your work — today you will learn, in sha Allah, how to stop them with an amal of just 2 minutes in the morning.

Does this cycle look familiar to you?

  • The same waswasa comes back every day — no matter how much you drive it away, it is there again the next day
  • The day begins with a heavy chest, restlessness, or negative thoughts
  • You have almost got your work in order, and right at the last moment, an obstacle — again and again, in the same pattern (ta'attil)
  • Some trouble or crisis or other keeps lingering every single day

In the Shaykh's explanation — such daily repetition can be due to a touch of a jinn (mass), or the influence of a qarin, sihr, or hasad. And there is a simple, tried amal to stop this, in sha Allah.

The morning amal — after waking up or after Fajr

  1. Place your right hand right in the middle of your chest.
  2. 3 times A'udhu billahi minash shaytanir rajim
  3. 3 times Surah Al-Fatihah — in a voice that can be heard
  4. 7 times Subhanal Malikil Quddus
  5. 7 times the miraculous verse (given on the next card)

Throughout the entire amal, your hand should stay on your chest, and you should recite aloud — not silently in your mind.

Surah Fatir, verses 16–17

Have you not seen [i.e., considered] that Allāh created the heavens and the earth in truth? If He wills, He can do away with you and produce a new creation. And that is not difficult for Allāh. (Surah Ibrahim 14:19-20 — Saheeh International; meaning of the complete verse)

Think about it — for the One who, if He wills, can change the whole of creation, is it hard to remove the pain that has built up in you and give you a new state? Subhanallah!

What will this amal do, in sha Allah?

The Shaykh says — if done consistently, the negative things that come back every day will stop, "die", in sha Allah —

  • Recurring waswasa and satanic thoughts
  • Daily negativity and tightness in the chest
  • Recurring ta'attil — obstacles and being stuck in your work

And in that place Allah will give something new — new peace, a new beginning, in sha Allah.

There are two conditions — to recite with complete tawakkul and certainty (yaqin) in Allah, and to keep at it every day. The Shaykh says: you will feel the benefit from the very first day, in sha Allah.

For yourself, and for your loved ones too

This amal is not only for yourself — you can do it at home for a loved one too: a child, parents, wife/husband — whoever is suffering from such a recurring problem.

  1. Place your right hand on the middle of their chest.
  2. Recite in the same order — A'udhu billah 3 times, Surah Al-Fatihah 3 times, Subhanal Malikil Quddus 7 times, the verse 7 times.
  3. Do it at the same time every day — consistency is the real key, in sha Allah.

Whoever guides to goodness receives the same reward as the one who does it — let your loved ones know about this amal too.
