In many people afflicted by spiritual problems, certain signs keep returning in a striking way. What are these signs, why does this watching happen, and how can one be freed — all in today's post, in sha Allah.

4 Signs

  • 1. Being chased or watched in dreams: Someone is staring at you or following you — a person, an animal, eyes, even CCTV cameras; it keeps coming back over weeks, months and years
  • 2. The feeling that "someone is watching" even when alone: Especially when you begin worship, recitation or treatment; it grows even stronger as you improve
  • 3. Secrets leaking for no reason: News of every plan and success reaches even people who should have no way of knowing it
  • 4. Obstacles whenever you sit for dhikr or the Qur'an: You are normal all day, but the moment you hold the mushaf comes drowsiness, yawning, forgetfulness, and a flood of phone calls, messages and busyness

Why this watching?

  • If you are afflicted by magic — news about you reaches the magician, so that the magic can be renewed
  • The tawabi' (companion shayatin) of severe hasad or the evil eye keep watch — so that you can be kept away from treatment
  • The tawabi' of ta'attil keep track — so that they can reach your goal before you and ruin everything — Wallahu a'lam

Remember the principle: it is not right to blame everything on jinn and Shaytan. But if the signs appear together and repeatedly — be busy not with fear, but with protection.

The Way to Freedom (Part 1)

  1. Morning and evening adhkar — every day, without missing.
  2. After every salah and before sleep, Ayat al-Kursi — 3, 5 or 7 times
  3. Morning and evening, Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas — each at least 7 times
  4. Surah Yasin often — 1 to 3 times a day, regularly.

The Way to Freedom (Part 2)

  1. Verse 9 of Surah Yasin, morning and evening — 100 times if you can (Wa ja'alna min bayni aydihim sadda...)
  2. Verse 45 of Surah Al-Isra — if you can, 100 times in the morning and 100 times in the evening (the verse is on the next card)
  3. Praying on time — one of the greatest means of protection.
  4. Do not be afraid, do not give up — excessive fear is exactly what Shaytan wants most.

When you notice the signs, do not busy yourself with the signs — stay busy with the Qur'an, dhikr and obedience. No one can harm the one whom Allah is with — except by Allah's command.

Surah Al-Isra, verse 45

And when you recite the Qur’ān, We put between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter a concealed partition. (Surah Al-Israa 17:45 — Saheeh International)

The answer to this watching is in this very verse — Allah Himself places an unseen veil between you and them. SubhanAllah!
