Those who have suffered in silence (the "fourth category" of day 28) also recover in silence — without screaming, convulsions or dramatic reactions. Learn to recognize these 7 subtle signs.
Signs 1 and 2
- An unexpected change in dreams — dreams that were heavy with nightmares have suddenly lessened or changed; even if they are not pleasant, the change itself is a great indication — because change begins first in the unseen world, that is, in dreams
- An inexplicable lightness inside — not complete joy or tranquility, but a pressure within seems to have lifted, and you feel light for no reason
Signs 3 and 4
- Negative thoughts decreasing on their own — matters that used to exhaust you with worry and overanalysis now feel lighter, and your reaction is calm — without effort
- Stalled matters beginning to move — even if they are not fully opened, a sudden contact or opportunity arises in something that was blocked — this is the strongest early sign of the opening of ta'attil
Signs 5 and 6 — hidden signs
- Losing interest in habits that used to feel attractive — excessive laziness, loneliness, withdrawal, or a sudden fading of the pull toward some bad habit — this is not a decision, but a change within
- Monotony in ruqyah — you keep going, yet it feels like "nothing is happening, it's the same as before" — many people mistakenly take this as failure, but in reality it is a sign that the thing has become weak and is no longer reacting
Sign 7
Normal feelings slowly returning — interest in life, attention, energy, the desire to change — slowly returning without any pressure.
Just as the illness is silent, healing is silent too
The fourth category does not clearly see the beginning of the illness, nor does it clearly see the beginning of healing — but the change happens quietly, slowly and deeply.
Do not stop by saying, "Nothing happened, I felt nothing" — ask yourself: has even the slightest change occurred?
Write it down today
If you notice even any one of these 7 in yourself, know that the program is working — keep going.
The silent signs are the strongest proof — move forward with patience, in sha Allah.
