For which problem: High blood pressure (and low blood pressure as well)

◐ Experience of the pious elders — There is nothing in the method that goes against the Shariah, but the number and the duration are not rulings set by the Shariah.

How it has come down

In 1972, the narrator met a certain Khan Sahib. His blood pressure would not come under control no matter what — from doctors to the home remedies of hakims, every effort failed. At a wedding gathering, a pious elder told him this amal. After that he remained completely healthy, and he has told this amal to several thousand people.

Method

  1. After praying the Fajr salah, take water in a container.
  2. Recite Durood Ibrahimi once.
  3. Recite Surah Yasin once.
  4. Then recite Durood Ibrahimi once more and blow on the water.
  5. Drink the water.

Duration: 41 days continuously

The Raqi's Note

Blowing on water and drinking it is in accordance with the Sunnah — there is no objection to it. The number of 41 days is the experience of the pious elders.

The remaining notes, sources and precautions for this amal are given in detail in the book.

The Marvel of Surah Yasin — The Heart of the Qur'an — Virtues, Stories and 26 Tested Amals

Surah Yasin is recited in homes everywhere. But which amal is in the hadith, and which one has a creed-related risk in its method — nobody tells you that.

  • 26 amals — arranged by problem, with step-by-step methods
  • 13 accounts of virtues, each with its source
  • 15 true stories — from the original book
  • Common amals whose very method goes against the Shariah — why they were not included

A Bangla adaptation of the original Urdu book “Yasin ka Karishma” — arranged problem by problem, with a note from a professional raqi beside every amal (practice). Common amals whose very method conflicts with the Shariah have not been included — and why they were not included is also stated in the book itself.
