Introduction — who this protocol is for

You have a job, but you remain in the same place year after year — or every time an opportunity to move forward comes, someone stands in the way. Hasad (envy) is very common in the workplace, because here people directly see one another's progress. This protocol aims at both: removing hasad and opening the way.

Signs for which this protocol may help

Important note: Most of the signs above can also have ordinary physical or psychological causes. So first get the necessary medical tests and treatment. Ruqyah runs alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement for it. Do not conclude with certainty that someone is affected by sihr or jinn just because a sign matches.
Translation of the meanings of the Qur'an: Saheeh International (via quran.com).

Opening duas

Make wudu and sit facing the qiblah. Make the intention: through the Word of Allah, I am asking Allah alone for healing.
I begin in the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or on the earth can cause harm; He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Recite: 3 times Nothing can cause sudden harm to the one who recites this dua in the morning and evening. (Tirmidhi 3388)
In the name of Allāh, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Meaning: Surah Al-Faatiha 1:1, Saheeh International.
Recite: 19 times Before starting the ruqyah, settle your focus and your intention, then recite.
I seek refuge in the perfect Words of Allah from the evil of all that He has created.
Recite: 3 times (Muslim 2708)

Removing Hasad and Plots

For obstacles in the workplace, this chapter is needed the most.
1
Surah Al-Qalam 68:51-52
And indeed, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their eyes [i.e., looks] when they hear the message, and they say, "Indeed, he is mad." But it is not except a reminder to the worlds.
Recite: 7 times Intention: Repelling the Gaze of the Evil Eye
2
Surah Yusuf 12:67-68
And he said, "O my sons, do not enter from one gate but enter from different gates; and I cannot avail you against [the decree of] Allāh at all. The decision is only for Allāh; upon Him I have relied, and upon Him let those who would rely [indeed] rely." And when they entered from where their father had ordered them, it did not avail them against Allāh at all except [it was] a need [i.e., concern] within the soul of Jacob, which he satisfied. And indeed, he was a possessor of knowledge because of what We had taught him, but most of the people do not know.
Recite: 3 times Intention: The Caution and Tawakkul (Reliance on Allah) of Ya'qub (peace be upon him)
3
Surah Al-Kahf 18:39
And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, 'What Allāh willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allāh'? Although you see me less than you in wealth and children,
Recite: 7 times Intention: Masha'Allah La quwwata illa billah — a shield to ward off the evil eye
4
Surah Al-Falaq 113:1-5

Recite: 11 times Intention: From the evil of the envier when he envies
5
Surah Faatir 35:43
[Due to] arrogance in the land and plotting of evil; but the evil plot does not encompass except its own people. Then do they await except the way [i.e., fate] of the former peoples? But you will never find in the way [i.e., established method] of Allāh any change, and you will never find in the way of Allāh any alteration.
Recite: 11 times Intention: An evil plot encircles only the one who plots it
6
Surah Al-Anfaal 8:30
And [remember, O Muḥammad], when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain you or kill you or evict you [from Makkah]. But they plan, and Allāh plans. And Allāh is the best of planners.
Recite: 7 times Intention: They plot, and Allah is the best of planners

Verses of Honor and Establishment

The story of Yusuf (peace be upon him) is the greatest lesson for the workplace — from the well to the treasury.
7
Surah Yusuf 12:54-57
And the king said, "Bring him to me; I will appoint him exclusively for myself." And when he spoke to him, he said, "Indeed, you are today established [in position] and trusted." [Joseph] said, "Appoint me over the storehouses of the land. Indeed, I will be a knowing guardian." And thus We established Joseph in the land to settle therein wherever he willed. We touch with Our mercy whom We will, and We do not allow to be lost the reward of those who do good. And the reward of the Hereafter is better for those who believed and were fearing Allāh.
Recite: 7 times Intention: Allah establishes the capable person
8
Surah Yusuf 12:100-101
And he raised his parents upon the throne, and they bowed to him in prostration. And he said, "O my father, this is the explanation of my vision of before. My Lord has made it reality. And He was certainly good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you [here] from bedouin life after Satan had induced [estrangement] between me and my brothers. Indeed, my Lord is Subtle in what He wills. Indeed, it is He who is the Knowing, the Wise. My Lord, You have given me [something] of sovereignty and taught me of the interpretation of dreams. Creator of the heavens and earth, You are my protector in this world and the Hereafter. Cause me to die a Muslim and join me with the righteous."
Recite: 3 times Intention: Allah raises in rank whomever He wills

O you who have believed, when you are told, "Space yourselves" in assemblies, then make space; Allāh will make space for you. And when you are told, "Arise," then arise; Allāh will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. And Allāh is Aware of what you do.

Did We not expand for you, [O Muḥammad], your breast? And We removed from you your burden Which had weighed upon your back And raised high for you your repute. For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease [i.e., relief]. Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

And when they have [nearly] fulfilled their term, either retain them according to acceptable terms or part with them according to acceptable terms. And bring to witness two just men from among you and establish the testimony for [the acceptance of] Allāh. That is instructed to whoever should believe in Allāh and the Last Day. And whoever fears Allāh - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allāh - then He is sufficient for him. Recite: 7 times (Bukhari 5743)

📌 Self-ruqyah guideline

Consistency is the key. A little every day, but regularly.

Method — step by step

  1. Make wudu, then sit somewhere quiet facing the qiblah. Keep your phone away.
  2. Make the intention: I am asking Allah for healing through the Words of Allah; the Words have no power of their own — the power belongs to Allah.
  3. Recite the opening duas (Chapter 1).
  4. Then recite the verses (ayahs) in order. While reciting, blow lightly into both palms and pass your hands over the affected area.
  5. Recite each verse as many times as stated in the instruction box below it — there is no need to do more or less.
  6. In between, make dua wholeheartedly in your own language for 15 minutes. If tears come, do not hold them back.
  7. At the end, recite the closing surahs and duas, then blow lightly into the water.
  8. Continue every day for at least 40 days. If you miss some days, do not lose heart — simply start again.

Daily schedule

MorningAfter Fajr — verse recitation, 15 minutes
EveningAfter Maghrib — verse recitation, 15 minutes
NightBefore sleeping — closing surahs and duas, drink recited-over water
WeeklyOne ruqyah bath a week

Your own dua in your own language (15 minutes)

During or after the recitation of the verses, ask Allah in your own language. Below is a sample — you do not have to read exactly this; say it in your own words.
O Allah, honor and rank are in Your hands. You give to whom You will, and You withhold from whom You will. Remove the obstacle that is in the path of my work. Protect me from the envy of those who envy me, and keep my own heart pure from envy toward anyone.

Where to massage the recited-over oil

Focus for Obstacles in Career: The crown of the head, the neck, the shoulders and the chest

Supplements and weekly practices

Recited-over waterRecite the ruqyah verses over a bottle of water and blow into it. Drink it 3 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, at midday, and at night before sleeping.
Recited-over honeyBlow into pure honey and take one spoonful every morning. It is good to recite verse 69 of Surah An-Nahl and then blow into it.
Recited-over olive oilRecite the verses over olive oil, blow into it, and massage it into the affected area. It is best done at night before sleeping.
Black seed (nigella)Every morning, take 7 black seeds with recited-over honey. The Prophet ﷺ said that black seed contains a cure for every disease except death. (Bukhari 5688)
Ruqyah bathRecite the verses over a bucket of water and blow into it. You may also mix in seven crushed jujube leaves. Pour the water over yourself from the head down and bathe, once a week.
Spraying the homePut recited-over water in a spray bottle and spray it in the corners of the house, on the doors and windows, and under the bed.

Daily practices (amal)

Alongside ruqyah, it is these practices that give long-term protection.
After FajrSurah Yasin 1 time
Morning and eveningThe morning and evening adhkar from Hisnul Muslim, regularly
After AsrSurah Al-Waqi'ah 1 time
At nightSurah Qaf 3 times, Surah Al-Mulk 1 time
Before sleepingAyat al-Kursi 1 time, the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah, and the three Quls 3 times each. Blow into your hands and wipe them over your whole body.
Every dayGive sadaqah as much as you can, every day, even if only a little. Sadaqah wards off calamity.
Every dayThe obligatory salah in congregation, istighfar 100 times, salawat upon the Prophet 100 times
Ruqyah is a Shariah-based method of treatment; it is not a substitute for necessary medical treatment.
