Introduction — when these verses are read

English rendering of Sheikh Khalid al-Habashi's Arabic introduction.
In difficult cases - chiefs of the jinn, sorcerers, rebellious powerful jinn and priests - these verses are powerful; especially when recited with humility (khushu), or with force and in a loud voice.
In this collection: 51 passages 154 verses
The verses are kept in the order of the original compilation, unchanged. The Arabic is set in the Indo-Pak (Nurani) style. English translation: Saheeh International.
Important note: Ruqyah is a Shariah-based method of treatment. It runs alongside necessary medical examination and treatment, never in place of it. Matching a symptom is not proof of sihr (sorcery), the evil eye or jinn possession.

Ayat al-Halat as-Sa'bah

154 verses in 51 passages.
1
Surah Al-Maaida 5:52
So you see those in whose hearts is disease [i.e., hypocrisy] hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid a misfortune may strike us." But perhaps Allāh will bring conquest or a decision from Him, and they will become, over what they have been concealing within themselves, regretful.
2
Surah Al-Maaida 5:89
Allāh will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths. So its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it] - then a fast of three days [is required]. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths. Thus does Allāh make clear to you His verses [i.e., revealed law] that you may be grateful.
3
Surah Al-Anfaal 8:19
If you [disbelievers] seek the decision [i.e., victory] - the decision [i.e., defeat] has come to you. And if you desist [from hostilities], it is best for you; but if you return [to war], We will return, and never will you be availed by your [large] company at all, even if it should increase; and [that is] because Allāh is with the believers.
4
Surah Ash-Shu'araa 26:116-118
They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers."
5
Surah As-Sajda 32:28-29
And they say, "When will be this conquest, if you should be truthful?" Say, [O Muḥammad], "On the Day of Conquest the belief of those who had disbelieved will not benefit them, nor will they be reprieved."
6
Surah Saba 34:26
Say, "Our Lord will bring us together; then He will judge between us in truth. And He is the Knowing Judge."
7
Surah Faatir 35:2
Whatever Allāh grants to people of mercy - none can withhold it; and whatever He withholds - none can release it thereafter. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
8
Surah Al-Fath 48:1-4
Indeed, We have given you, [O Muḥammad], a clear conquest That Allāh may forgive for you what preceded of your sin [i.e., errors] and what will follow and complete His favor upon you and guide you to a straight path And [that] Allāh may aid you with a mighty victory. It is He who sent down tranquility into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their [present] faith. And to Allāh belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and ever is Allāh Knowing and Wise.
9
Surah Al-Fath 48:18
Certainly was Allāh pleased with the believers when they pledged allegiance to you, [O Muḥammad], under the tree, and He knew what was in their hearts, so He sent down tranquility upon them and rewarded them with an imminent conquest
10
Surah Al-Fath 48:27
Certainly has Allāh showed to His Messenger the vision [i.e., dream] in truth. You will surely enter al-Masjid al-Ḥarām, if Allāh wills, in safety, with your heads shaved and [hair] shortened, not fearing [anyone]. He knew what you did not know and has arranged before that a conquest near [at hand].
11
Surah Al-Qamar 54:11
Then We opened the gates of the heaven with rain pouring down
12
Surah As-Saff 61:9-13
It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allāh dislike it. O you who have believed, shall I guide you to a transaction that will save you from a painful punishment? [It is that] you believe in Allāh and His Messenger and strive in the cause of Allāh with your wealth and your lives. That is best for you, if you only knew. He will forgive for you your sins and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence. That is the great attainment. And [you will obtain] another [favor] that you love - victory from Allāh and an imminent conquest; and give good tidings to the believers.
13
Surah An-Nasr 110:1-3
When the victory of Allāh has come and the conquest, And you see the people entering into the religion of Allāh in multitudes, Then exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of Repentance.
14
Surah Al-Baqara 2:48
And fear a Day when no soul will suffice for another soul at all, nor will intercession be accepted from it, nor will compensation be taken from it, nor will they be aided.
15
Surah Al-Baqara 2:214
Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said, "When is the help of Allāh?" Unquestionably, the help of Allāh is near.
16
Surah Al-Baqara 2:250-251
And when they went forth to [face] Goliath and his soldiers, they said, "Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people." So they defeated them by permission of Allāh, and David killed Goliath, and Allāh gave him the kingship and wisdom [i.e., prophethood] and taught him from that which He willed. And if it were not for Allāh checking [some] people by means of others, the earth would have been corrupted, but Allāh is the possessor of bounty for the worlds.
17
Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:13
Already there has been for you a sign in the two armies which met [in combat at Badr] - one fighting in the cause of Allāh and another of disbelievers. They saw them [to be] twice their [own] number by [their] eyesight. But Allāh supports with His victory whom He wills. Indeed in that is a lesson for those of vision.
18
Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:91
Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - never would the [whole] capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would [seek to] ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.
19
Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:111
They will not harm you except for [some] annoyance. And if they fight you, they will show you their backs [i.e., retreat]; then they will not be aided.
20
Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:147
And their words were not but that they said, "Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people."
21
Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:150
But Allāh is your protector, and He is the best of helpers.
22
Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:160
If Allāh should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allāh let the believers rely.
23
Surah An-Nisaa 4:45
And Allāh is most knowing of your enemies; and sufficient is Allāh as an ally, and sufficient is Allāh as a helper.
24
Surah An-Nisaa 4:52
Those are the ones whom Allāh has cursed; and he whom Allāh curses - never will you find for him a helper.
25
Surah An-Nisaa 4:75
And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allāh and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper"?
26
Surah An-Nisaa 4:123
It [i.e., Paradise] is not [obtained] by your wishful thinking nor by that of the People of the Scripture. Whoever does a wrong will be recompensed for it, and he will not find besides Allāh a protector or a helper.
27
Surah Al-An'aam 6:34
And certainly were messengers denied before you, but they were patient over the denial, and they were harmed until Our victory came to them. And none can alter the words [i.e., decrees] of Allāh. And there has certainly come to you some information about the [previous] messengers.
28
Surah Al-Anfaal 8:26
And remember when you were few and oppressed in the land, fearing that people might abduct you, but He sheltered you, supported you with His victory, and provided you with good things - that you might be grateful.
29
Surah Al-Anfaal 8:62
But if they intend to deceive you - then sufficient for you is Allāh. It is He who supported you with His help and with the believers
30
Surah At-Tawba 9:14
Fight them; Allāh will punish them by your hands and will disgrace them and give you victory over them and satisfy the breasts [i.e., desires] of a believing people
31
Surah At-Tawba 9:40
If you do not aid him [i.e., the Prophet (peace be upon him)] - Allāh has already aided him when those who disbelieved had driven him out [of Makkah] as one of two, when they were in the cave and he [i.e., Muḥammad (peace be upon him)] said to his companion, "Do not grieve; indeed Allāh is with us." And Allāh sent down His tranquility upon him and supported him with soldiers [i.e., angels] you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allāh - that is the highest. And Allāh is Exalted in Might and Wise.
32
Surah Yunus 10:64
For them are good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter. No change is there in the words [i.e., decrees] of Allāh. That is what is the great attainment.
33
Surah Yusuf 12:110
[They continued] until, when the messengers despaired and were certain that they had been denied, there came to them Our victory, and whoever We willed was saved. And Our punishment cannot be repelled from the people who are criminals.
34
Surah Al-Israa 17:80
And say, "My Lord, cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority."

Surah Al-Kahf 18:43
And there was for him no company to aid him other than Allāh, nor could he defend himself.
36
Surah Al-Anbiyaa 21:43
Or do they have gods to defend them other than Us? They are unable [even] to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us.
37
Surah Al-Anbiyaa 21:77
And We aided [i.e., saved] him from the people who denied Our signs. Indeed, they were a people of evil, so We drowned them, all together.
38
Surah Al-Hajj 22:15
Whoever should think that Allāh will not support him [i.e., Prophet Muḥammad (peace be upon him)] in this world and the Hereafter - let him extend a rope to the ceiling, then cut off [his breath], and let him see: will his effort remove that which enrages [him]?
39
Surah Al-Hajj 22:39-40
Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought, because they were wronged. And indeed, Allāh is competent to give them victory. [They are] those who have been evicted from their homes without right - only because they say, "Our Lord is Allāh." And were it not that Allāh checks the people, some by means of others, there would have been demolished monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which the name of Allāh is much mentioned [i.e., praised]. And Allāh will surely support those who support Him [i.e., His cause]. Indeed, Allāh is Powerful and Exalted in Might.
40
Surah Al-Hajj 22:60
That [is so]. And whoever responds [to injustice] with the equivalent of that with which he was harmed and then is tyrannized - Allāh will surely aid him. Indeed, Allāh is Pardoning and Forgiving.
41
Surah Al-Hajj 22:78
And strive for Allāh with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. He [i.e., Allāh] named you "Muslims" before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakāh and hold fast to Allāh. He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper.
42
Surah Al-Furqaan 25:31
And thus have We made for every prophet an enemy from among the criminals. But sufficient is your Lord as a guide and a helper.
43
Surah Al-Qasas 28:81
And We caused the earth to swallow him and his home. And there was for him no company to aid him other than Allāh, nor was he of those who [could] defend themselves.
44
Surah Al-Ankaboot 29:10
And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allāh," but when one [of them] is harmed for [the cause of] Allāh, he considers the trial [i.e., harm] of the people as [if it were] the punishment of Allāh. But if victory comes from your Lord, they say, "Indeed, We were with you." Is not Allāh most knowing of what is within the breasts of the worlds [i.e., all creatures]?
45
Surah Al-Ankaboot 29:25
And [Abraham] said, "You have only taken, other than Allāh, idols as [a bond of] affection among you in worldly life. Then on the Day of Resurrection you will deny one another and curse one another, and your refuge will be the Fire, and you will not have any helpers."
46
Surah Ar-Room 30:5
In the victory of Allāh. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
47
Surah Ar-Room 30:47
And We have already sent messengers before you to their peoples, and they came to them with clear evidences; then We took retribution from those who committed crimes, and incumbent upon Us was support of the believers.

Yā, Seen. By the wise Qur’ān, Indeed you, [O Muḥammad], are from among the messengers, On a straight path. [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware. Already the word [i.e., decree] has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe. Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft. And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see. And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe. You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it - When We sent to them two but they denied them, so We strengthened [them] with a third, and they said, "Indeed, we are messengers to you." They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies." They said, "Our Lord knows that we are messengers to you, And we are not responsible except for clear notification." They said, "Indeed, we consider you a bad omen. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and there will surely touch you, from us, a painful punishment." They said, "Your omen [i.e., fate] is with yourselves. Is it because you were reminded? Rather, you are a transgressing people." And there came from the farthest end of the city a man, running. He said, "O my people, follow the messengers. Follow those who do not ask of you [any] payment, and they are [rightly] guided. And why should I not worship He who created me and to whom you will be returned? Should I take other than Him [false] deities [while], if the Most Merciful intends for me some adversity, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me? Indeed, I would then be in manifest error. Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me." It was said, "Enter Paradise." He said, "I wish my people could know Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored." And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so. It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished. How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him. Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them - that they to them will not return? And indeed, all of them will yet be brought present before Us. And a sign for them is the dead earth. We have brought it to life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they eat. And We placed therein gardens of palm trees and grapevines and caused to burst forth therefrom some springs - That they may eat of His fruit. And their hands have not produced it, so will they not be grateful? Exalted is He who created all pairs - from what the earth grows and from themselves and from that which they do not know. And a sign for them is the night. We remove from it the [light of] day, so they are [left] in darkness. And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. And the moon - We have determined for it phases, until it returns [appearing] like the old date stalk. It is not allowable [i.e., possible] for the sun to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, but each, in an orbit, is swimming. And a sign for them is that We carried their forefathers in a laden ship. And We created for them from the likes of it that which they ride. And if We should will, We could drown them; then no one responding to a cry would there be for them, nor would they be saved Except as a mercy from Us and provision for a time. But when it is said to them, "Beware of what is before you and what is behind you; perhaps you will receive mercy..." And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they are from it turning away. And when it is said to them, "Spend from that which Allāh has provided for you," those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Should we feed one whom, if Allāh had willed, He would have fed? You are not but in clear error." And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?" They do not await except one blast which will seize them while they are disputing. And they will not be able [to give] any instruction, nor to their people can they return. And the Horn will be blown; and at once from the graves to their Lord they will hasten. They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" [The reply will be], "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth." It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us. So today [i.e., the Day of Judgement] no soul will be wronged at all, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do. Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation - They and their spouses - in shade, reclining on adorned couches. For them therein is fruit, and for them is whatever they request [or wish] [And] "Peace," a word from a Merciful Lord. [Then He will say], "But stand apart today, you criminals. Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan - [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy - And that you worship [only] Me? This is a straight path. And he had already led astray from among you much of creation, so did you not use reason? This is the Hellfire which you were promised. [Enter to] burn therein today for what you used to deny." That Day, We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to earn. And if We willed, We could have obliterated their eyes, and they would race to [find] the path, and how could they see? And if We willed, We could have deformed them, [paralyzing them] in their places so they would not be able to proceed, nor could they return. And he to whom We grant long life We reverse in creation; so will they not understand? And We did not give him [i.e., Prophet Muḥammad (peace be upon him)] knowledge of poetry, nor is it befitting for him. It is not but a message and a clear Qur’ān To warn whoever is alive and justify the word [i.e., decree] against the disbelievers. Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners? And We have tamed them for them, so some of them they ride, and some of them they eat. And for them therein are [other] benefits and drinks, so will they not be grateful? But they have taken besides Allāh [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped. They are not able to help them, and they [themselves] are for them soldiers in attendance. So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare. Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop - then at once he is a clear adversary? And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?" Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing." [It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite. Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator. His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is. So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned.

Surah As-Saaffaat 37:114-116
And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, And We supported them so it was they who overcame.

Surah As-Saaffaat 37:171-173
And Our word [i.e., decree] has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers, [That] indeed, they would be those given victory And [that] indeed, Our soldiers [i.e., the believers] will be those who overcome.

Surah Yaseen 36:74-77
But they have taken besides Allāh [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped. They are not able to help them, and they [themselves] are for them soldiers in attendance. So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare. Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop - then at once he is a clear adversary?
