Introduction — who this protocol is for
Magic spread through the nerves, veins and blood refers to a kind of old magic that lies spread inside the body along the arteries, nerves and blood vessels. Because the magician keeps renewing it again and again, it does not easily heal completely even with ordinary ruqyah. In the same protocol there are also separate verses and duas for magic done beneath the feet, magic scattered on clothes or in the house, and magic done jointly against a family. This is a relatively long and intensive protocol, so it is important not to rush, but to continue every part patiently and in order.
Signs for which this protocol may help
- Long-standing magic that does not heal completely despite repeated treatment and returns with new symptoms
- Feeling pulling, pain, burning or numbness along the nerves and veins of the body
- Suspecting that magic has been done beneath the feet or along the path where one walks
- Suspecting that something has been planted or scattered on clothes, walls or around the house
- Several members of the same family suffering from the same kind of problem at the same time
Important note: Most of the signs above can also have ordinary physical or psychological causes. So first get the necessary medical tests and treatment. Ruqyah runs alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement for it. Do not conclude with certainty that someone is affected by sihr or jinn just because a sign matches.
Translation of the meanings of the Qur'an: Saheeh International (via quran.com).
Opening duas
Make wudu and sit facing the qiblah. Make the intention: through the Word of Allah, I am asking Allah alone for healing.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
I begin in the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or on the earth can cause harm; He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Recite: 3 times
Nothing can cause sudden harm to the one who recites this dua in the morning and evening. (Tirmidhi 3388)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allāh, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Meaning: Surah Al-Faatiha 1:1, Saheeh International.
Recite: 19 times
Before starting the ruqyah, settle your focus and your intention, then recite.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
I seek refuge in the perfect Words of Allah from the evil of all that He has created.
Recite: 3 times

Verses of Safety and Refuge
At the beginning, recite these verses and seek Allah's refuge and protection.
وَإِذْ جَعَلْنَا الْبَيْتَ مَثَابَةً لِّلنَّاسِ وَأَمْنًا وَاتَّخِذُوا مِن مَّقَامِ إِبْرٰهِۦمَ مُصَلًّى ۖ وَعَهِدْنَا إِلَىٰ إِبْرٰهِۦمَ وَإِسْمٰعِيلَ أَن طَهِّرَا بَيْتِىَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْعٰكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ ۱۲۵
And [mention] when We made the House [i.e., the Kaʿbah] a place of return for the people and [a place of] security. And take, [O believers], from the standing place of Abraham a place of prayer. And We charged Abraham and Ishmael, [saying], "Purify My House for those who perform ṭawāf and those who are staying [there] for worship and those who bow and prostrate [in prayer]."

Intention: Verses of security of Maqam Ibrahim and the Kaaba — seeking safe refuge

Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:97
فِيهِ ءَايٰتٌ بَيِّنٰتٌ مَّقَامُ إِبْرٰهِيمَ ۖ وَمَن دَخَلَهُۥ كَانَ ءَامِنًا ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا ۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِىٌّ عَنِ الْعٰلَمِينَ ۹۷
In it are clear signs [such as] the standing place of Abraham. And whoever enters it [i.e., the Ḥaram] shall be safe. And [due] to Allāh from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way. But whoever disbelieves [i.e., refuses] - then indeed, Allāh is free from need of the worlds.
Recite: 1 time
Intention: Verse of security of Maqam Ibrahim — seeking refuge to be safe from the effects of magic
Verses for nullifying magic spread through the nerves, veins and blood
Recite aloud. If you feel pulling, pain or trembling in the body, do not stop — rather, keep reciting the same verse again and again.
فَلَمَّا أَلْقَوْا قَالَ مُوسَىٰ مَا جِئْتُم بِهِ السِّحْرُ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَيُبْطِلُهُۥ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ ۸۱
And when they had thrown, Moses said, "What you have brought is [only] magic. Indeed, Allāh will expose its worthlessness. Indeed, Allāh does not amend the work of corrupters.
Recite: Several times, especially emphasizing the part marked in red
Intention: Declaration that the magic is nullified — helps to break magic spread through the body
Verses for nullifying renewed and long-lasting magic
For those whose magic keeps returning with new symptoms even after treatment, it is especially important to continue this part consistently.
أَفَسِحْرٌ هٰذَا أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ ۱۵
Then is this magic, or do you not see?
Recite: More than 10 times
Intention: 'Is this magic, or do you not see?' — the reply to those who deny the reality of magic
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ ۱ وَإِن يَرَوْا ءَايَةً يُعْرِضُوا وَيَقُولُوا سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ ۲
The Hour has come near, and the moon has split [in two]. And if they see a sign [i.e., miracle], they turn away and say, "Passing magic."
Recite: The red part ('سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ') several times
Intention: Reply to the denial that calls it 'continuous/habitual magic' — verse for breaking magic that keeps going on

Surah Al-Muddaththir 74:21-24
ثُمَّ نَظَرَ ۲۱ ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ ۲۲ ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ ۲۳ فَقَالَ إِنْ هٰذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ يُؤْثَرُ ۲۴
Then he considered [again]; Then he frowned and scowled; Then he turned back and was arrogant And said, "This is not but magic imitated [from others].
Recite: The red part ('سِحْرٌ يُؤْثَرُ') several times
Intention: Reply to the denial that calls it 'old magic handed down from people' — against renewed magic
Verses for nullifying magic beneath the feet, on clothes and scattered magic
For magic done through footprints, used clothing or scattered objects.

Surah Al-Muddaththir 74:1-4
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ يٰأَيُّهَا الْمُدَّثِّرُ ۱ قُمْ فَأَنذِرْ ۲ وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرْ ۳ وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ ۴
O you who covers himself [with a garment], Arise and warn. And your Lord glorify. And your clothing purify.
Recite: The red part ('وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ') more than 12 times
Intention: Command to purify clothing — for magic done on clothes
ارْكُضْ بِرِجْلِكَ ۖ هٰذَا مُغْتَسَلٌ بَارِدٌ وَشَرَابٌ ۴۲
[So he was told], "Strike [the ground] with your foot; this is a [spring for a] cool bath and drink."
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Verse of striking with the foot and cool water gushing forth — for foot problems
وَقَدِمْنَا إِلَىٰ مَا عَمِلُوا مِنْ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلْنٰهُ هَبَاءً مَّنثُورًا ۲۳
And We will approach [i.e., regard] what they have done of deeds and make them as dust dispersed.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Verse of the effect of magic turning into scattered dust particles — for scattered magic
Verses about the punishment of the magician, magic in walls and houses, and purification of the body
Recite these verses against the magician and his influence, and to purify the body and the house.

Surah Al-Hijr 15:14-15
وَلَوْ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَابًا مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فَظَلُّوا فِيهِ يَعْرُجُونَ ۱۴ لَقَالُوا إِنَّمَا سُكِّرَتْ أَبْصٰرُنَا بَلْ نَحْنُ قَوْمٌ مَّسْحُورُونَ ۱۵
And [even] if We opened to them a gate from the heaven and they continued therein to ascend, They would say, "Our eyes have only been dazzled. Rather, we are a people affected by magic."
Recite: The red part 3 times
Intention: Reply to those who suspect that their eyes have been bewitched
فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ عِندِنَا قَالُوا لَوْلَا أُوتِىَ مِثْلَ مَا أُوتِىَ مُوسَىٰ ۚ أَوَلَمْ يَكْفُرُوا بِمَا أُوتِىَ مُوسَىٰ مِن قَبْلُ ۖ قَالُوا سِحْرَانِ تَظٰهَرَا وَقَالُوا إِنَّا بِكُلٍّ كٰفِرُونَ ۴۸
But when the truth came to them from Us, they said, "Why was he not given like that which was given to Moses?" Did they not disbelieve in that which was given to Moses before? They said, "[They are but] two works of magic supporting each other, and indeed we are, in both, disbelievers."
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Two kinds of magic support one another — verse for identifying the source of magic
وَأَمَّا الْجِدَارُ فَكَانَ لِغُلٰمَيْنِ يَتِيمَيْنِ فِى الْمَدِينَةِ وَكَانَ تَحْتَهُۥ كَنزٌ لَّهُمَا وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صٰلِحًا فَأَرَادَ رَبُّكَ أَن يَبْلُغَا أَشُدَّهُمَا وَيَسْتَخْرِجَا كَنزَهُمَا رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ ۚ وَمَا فَعَلْتُهُۥ عَنْ أَمْرِى ۚ ذٰلِكَ تَأْوِيلُ مَا لَمْ تَسْطِع عَّلَيْهِ صَبْرًا ۸۲
And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the city, and there was beneath it a treasure for them, and their father had been righteous. So your Lord intended that they reach maturity and extract their treasure, as a mercy from your Lord. And I did it not of my own accord. That is the interpretation of that about which you could not have patience."
Recite: 6 times
Intention: For magic in walls — the account of the two orphan boys and the preservation of their wall
فِى بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ اللَّهُ أَن تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُۥ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ فِيهَا بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْءَاصَالِ ۳۶
[Such niches are] in houses [i.e., mosques] which Allāh has ordered to be raised and that His name be mentioned [i.e., praised] therein; exalting Him within them in the morning and the evenings
Recite: 4 times
Intention: The barakah of remembering Allah's name in the home — for undoing magic in houses
وَقَرْنَ فِى بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجٰهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَىٰ ۖ وَأَقِمْنَ الصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتِينَ الزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَطِعْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنكُمُ الرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا ۳۳
And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance. And establish prayer and give zakāh and obey Allāh and His Messenger. Allāh intends only to remove from you the impurity [of sin], O people of the [Prophet's] household, and to purify you with [extensive] purification.
Recite: The red part more than 10 times
Intention: The verse of purification of the Ahl al-Bayt — for purifying the body

Surah Al-A'raaf 7:117-118
۞ وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ أَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ ۖ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ ۱۱۷ فَوَقَعَ الْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ ۱۱۸
And We inspired to Moses, "Throw your staff," and at once it devoured what they were falsifying. So the truth was established, and abolished was what they were doing.
Recite: The red parts, 7 and 12 times respectively
Intention: The verse in which the staff of Musa (peace be upon him) swallows up the falsehood of the magicians — the key verse for making magic fail
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يُجٰدِلُونَ فِى ءَايٰتِ اللَّهِ أَنَّىٰ يُصْرَفُونَ ۶۹ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِالْكِتٰبِ وَبِمَا أَرْسَلْنَا بِهِۦ رُسُلَنَا ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ ۷۰ إِذِ الْأَغْلٰلُ فِى أَعْنٰقِهِمْ وَالسَّلٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ ۷۱
Do you not consider those who dispute concerning the signs of Allāh - how are they averted? Those who deny the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] and that with which We sent Our messengers - they are going to know, When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
Recite: The red part more than 10 times
Intention: The verse about chains around the necks of those who dispute about the verses of Allah — seeking punishment upon the magician
Special duas — Magic in the Nerves, Veins and Blood
These duas are arranged specifically for this problem. Recite them after you finish the verses.
اللَّهُمَّ احْرِقْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ مُنْتَشِرٍ عَلَى عُرُوقِي
O Allah! Burn away all the spread-out magic in my veins.
Recite: 7 times
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ يُبْطَلُ كُلُّ تَسَلُّطٍ عَلَى عُرُوقِي
In the name of Allah — all control over my veins is hereby nullified.
Recite: 7 times
اللَّهُمَّ بِقُوَّتِكَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ فُكَّ كُلَّ عُقْدَةٍ عُقِدَتْ عَلَى عُرُوقِي
O Allah! By Your strength and power, undo every knot tied in my veins.
Recite: 7 times
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ مُنْتَشِرٍ فِي الْعُرُوقِ وَالْأَعْصَابِ وَالدَّمِ
O Allah! Nullify all the old magic spread through my arteries, nerves and blood.
Recite: Many times
The main dua of this topic, for magic spread through the nerves, veins and blood
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ قَدِيمٍ مُتَجَدِّدٍ، كُلَّ عُقَدٍ قَدِيمَةٍ مُتَجَدِّدَةٍ تَبْطُلُ بِأَمْرِ اللَّهِ
O Allah! Nullify all renewed old magic. By Allah's command, may every renewed old knot be nullified.
Recite: Many times
For renewed magic
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ مَرْشُوشٍ
O Allah! Nullify all sprinkled magic.
Recite: Many times
For sprinkled magic
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ
O Allah! Nullify all magic that is within clothing or has been done on clothing.
Recite: Several times
For magic done on clothing
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ تَخَطَّتْهُ الْأَقْدَامُ
O Allah! Nullify all magic done by stepping over.
Recite: 7 times
For magic done underneath the feet
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ يَخْرُجُ السِّحْرُ وَخَادِمُهُ مِنَ الْقَدَمِ
In the name of Allah, may the magic and its servant leave through the feet.
Recite: 7 times
For problems of the feet
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ مُشْتَرَكٍ
O Allah! Nullify all joint magic done among the family or siblings.
Recite: Several times
For joint/family magic in the family
اللَّهُمَّ أَحْرِقْ كُلَّ الْأَسْحَارِ الْمُتَرَاكِمَةِ الْكَثِيرَةِ
O Allah! Burn up the countless piled-up magic inside the body.
Recite: Several times
For piled-up/accumulated magic
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ يُجَدِّدُهُ السَّاحِرُ وَيُجَدِّدُهُ خَادِمُ السِّحْرِ وَيُجَدِّدُهُ طَالِبُ السِّحْرِ
O Allah! Nullify all magic renewed by the magician, the servant of the magic, and the one who desires the magic.
Recite: Several times
For magic repeatedly renewed by the magician
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ مِنَ الْأَثَرِ
O Allah! Nullify all magic done through footprints or used belongings.
Recite: Several times
For magic done through footprints or used items
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ عَلَى الْجِدْرَانِ
O Allah! Nullify all the magic on the walls.
Recite: Several times
For magic on the walls
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ يُبْطَلُ سِحْرُ الْبُيُوتِ وَالْعَوَائِلِ
In the name of Allah, may the magic on the house and the family be nullified.
Recite: Several times
For magic on the house and family
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلِ السِّحْرَ عَلَيْهِمْ نَارًا
O Allah! Make the magic a fire upon them (the magicians).
Recite: Several times
Against the magician
اللَّهُمَّ طَهِّرِ الْأَقْدَامَ وَالْجَسَدَ وَالْعُرُوقَ مِنَ الْأَسْحَارِ وَخُدَّامِهِ
O Allah! Purify the feet, the body and the blood vessels from magic and the servant of the magic.
Recite: Several times
For purifying the feet, the body, and the nerves and veins
Closing surahs and duas
End every session this way. At the end, blow into water and drink it.

Surah Al-Ikhlaas 112:1-4
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ۱ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ ۲ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ۳ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ ۴
Say, "He is Allāh, [who is] One, Allāh, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Strengthening the heart by declaring tawhid
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ۱ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۲ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ۳ وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفّٰثٰتِ فِى الْعُقَدِ ۴ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ۵
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak From the evil of that which He created And from the evil of darkness when it settles And from the evil of the blowers in knots And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Refuge from magic, hasad (envy) and the evil of the night
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ ۱ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ ۲ إِلٰهِ النَّاسِ ۳ مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ ۴ الَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ النَّاسِ ۵ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ ۶
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, The Sovereign of mankind, The God of mankind, From the evil of the retreating whisperer - Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - From among the jinn and mankind".
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Refuge from the waswasa (whispers) of mankind and jinn
أُعِيذُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
I entrust you to the protection of the perfect Words of Allah from every Shaytan, every venomous creature and every harmful evil eye.
Recite: 3 times
The Prophet ﷺ used to recite this dua over Hasan and Husain (may Allah be pleased with them). (Bukhari 3371)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul and of the envier's eye. May Allah heal you. In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you.
Recite: 3 times
Jibril (peace be upon him) performed ruqyah over the Prophet ﷺ in this way. (Muslim 2186)
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
O Allah, Lord of mankind! Remove the hardship and grant healing. You are the Healer; there is no healing except Your healing — a healing that leaves no illness behind.
Recite: 7 times

📌 Self-ruqyah guideline
Consistency is the key. A little every day, but regularly.
Method — step by step
- Make wudu, then sit somewhere quiet facing the qiblah. Keep your phone away.
- Make the intention: I am asking Allah for healing through the Words of Allah; the Words have no power of their own — the power belongs to Allah.
- Recite the opening duas (Chapter 1).
- Then recite the verses (ayahs) in order. While reciting, blow lightly into both palms and pass your hands over the affected area.
- Recite each verse as many times as stated in the instruction box below it — there is no need to do more or less.
- In between, make dua wholeheartedly in your own language for 15 minutes. If tears come, do not hold them back.
- At the end, recite the closing surahs and duas, then blow lightly into the water.
- Continue every day for at least 40 days. If you miss some days, do not lose heart — simply start again.

Your own dua in your own language (15 minutes)
During or after the recitation of the verses, ask Allah in your own language. Below is a sample — you do not have to read exactly this; say it in your own words.
O Allah, destroy all the evil eye, hasad (envy) and sihr (magic) connected with my old magic, the magic in my blood vessels, veins and nerves, the problem in my feet, renewed magic, and sprinkled magic. O Allah, nullify forever all its effects, inside and outside my body.
Where to massage the recited-over oil
Focus for Magic in the Nerves, Veins and Blood: The soles of the feet, and the whole body along the nerves and veins, especially wherever pain or burning is felt
Supplements and weekly practices
| Recited-over water | Recite the ruqyah verses over a bottle of water and blow into it. Drink it 3 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, at midday, and at night before sleeping. |

| Recited-over honey | Blow into pure honey and take one spoonful every morning. It is good to recite verse 69 of Surah An-Nahl and then blow into it. |

| Recited-over olive oil | Recite the verses over olive oil, blow into it, and massage it into the affected area. It is best done at night before sleeping. |

| Black seed (nigella) | Every morning, take 7 black seeds with recited-over honey. The Prophet ﷺ said that black seed contains a cure for every disease except death. (Bukhari 5688) |

| Ruqyah bath | Recite the verses over a bucket of water and blow into it. You may also mix in seven crushed jujube leaves. Pour the water over yourself from the head down and bathe, once a week. |

| Spraying the home | Put recited-over water in a spray bottle and spray it in the corners of the house, on the doors and windows, and under the bed. |

Daily practices (amal)
Alongside ruqyah, it is these practices that give long-term protection.

| Before sleeping | Ayat al-Kursi 1 time, the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah, and the three Quls 3 times each. Blow into your hands and wipe them over your whole body. |

| Every day | Give sadaqah as much as you can, every day, even if only a little. Sadaqah wards off calamity. |

| Every day | The obligatory salah in congregation, istighfar 100 times, salawat upon the Prophet 100 times |
