Introduction — who this protocol is for

This protocol can be used as a steady home ruqyah routine for relief from the effects of sihr/magic in the head or brain, constant waswasa, and Shaytanic whispers. It gives a firm dhikr to be repeated again and again, recited with the intention of destroying the influence of the jinn and Shaytan residing in the head/brain and the whispers coming from there, along with the method for using specially prepared bath water and oil. Remember that ordinary headaches or worries are not always caused by sihr or jinn. If the signs seem clear, keep this routine going consistently, and also continue the complete ruqyah alongside it.

Signs for which this protocol may help

Important note: Most of the signs above can also have ordinary physical or psychological causes. So first get the necessary medical tests and treatment. Ruqyah runs alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement for it. Do not conclude with certainty that someone is affected by sihr or jinn just because a sign matches.
Translation of the meanings of the Qur'an: Saheeh International (via quran.com).

Opening duas

Make wudu and sit facing the qiblah. Make the intention: through the Word of Allah, I am asking Allah alone for healing.
I begin in the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or on the earth can cause harm; He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Recite: 3 times Nothing can cause sudden harm to the one who recites this dua in the morning and evening. (Tirmidhi 3388)
In the name of Allāh, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Meaning: Surah Al-Faatiha 1:1, Saheeh International.
Recite: 19 times Before starting the ruqyah, settle your focus and your intention, then recite.
I seek refuge in the perfect Words of Allah from the evil of all that He has created.
Recite: 3 times (Muslim 2708)

Dhikr for destroying magic in the head and Shaytanic waswasa

Repeat the following verse portions and the declarative dhikr aloud, with firm belief, again and again — especially at night before sleeping and while preparing the ruqyah water/oil. Alongside this, bathe at least 1 day a week in specially prepared water: mix a little salt into 1 litres of ruqyah water, 10-15 spoonfuls of rose water, 2-3 spoonfuls of recited-over olive oil, and a few ground sidr leaves. Pour it slowly over your head and massage your whole body, then rinse with ordinary water.
1
Surah Al-Furqaan 25:36
And We said, "Go both of you to the people who have denied Our signs." Then We destroyed them with [complete] destruction.
Recite: Repeat as often as you wish Intention: A dua to Allah for the complete destruction of sihr and Shaytanic power

Special duas — Ruqyah for Destroying Magic in the Head and Waswasa

These duas are arranged specifically for this problem. Recite them after you finish the verses.
O Allah! Burn away all the magic in my head.
Recite: 7 times
In the name of Allah — all control over my head is hereby nullified.
Recite: 7 times
O Allah! By Your strength and power, undo every knot tied in my head.
Recite: 7 times
Let the one who has nested in the brain be killed, let the one who has nested in the head be killed, let the Shaytan of the brain be killed, let the rebellious (defiant jinn) of the brain be killed.
Recite: Repeat again and again
O Allah, take action against the one who has nested in the head, caused torment in the head, brought suffering to the head, and tied knots in the head.
Recite: Repeat again and again
Let the magic of the brain be nullified. O Allah, destroy the rebellious jinn residing in the blood and the brain.
Recite: Repeat as needed
In the name of Allah, let him be burned, punished, and struck by lightning. In the name of Allah, let the Shaytan of the brain be burned.
Recite: Repeat again and again
The Shaytan of the brain, who causes waswasa and forgetfulness, who gives whispers of suicide and death, who gives whispers of foolishness and madness — let him be killed.
Recite: Repeat again and again The spelling 'diman' was printed this way in the source (possibly a printing variation of 'dimag'/brain or 'dima'/blood); it has been kept exactly as is and not changed by guesswork.
In the name of Allah, let him be punished, let every giver of waswasa be killed, let every servant jinn of the head be killed, let every appointed one, every observer, and every guard jinn of the brain be killed.
Recite: Repeat again and again
Destruction, complete destruction — we have destroyed them in the brain itself.
Recite: Repeat again and again

Recite: 7 times (Bukhari 5743)

📌 Self-ruqyah guideline

Consistency is the key. A little every day, but regularly.

Method — step by step

  1. Make wudu, then sit somewhere quiet facing the qiblah. Keep your phone away.
  2. Make the intention: I am asking Allah for healing through the Words of Allah; the Words have no power of their own — the power belongs to Allah.
  3. Recite the opening duas (Chapter 1).
  4. Then recite the verses (ayahs) in order. While reciting, blow lightly into both palms and pass your hands over the affected area.
  5. Recite each verse as many times as stated in the instruction box below it — there is no need to do more or less.
  6. In between, make dua wholeheartedly in your own language for 15 minutes. If tears come, do not hold them back.
  7. At the end, recite the closing surahs and duas, then blow lightly into the water.
  8. Continue every day for at least 40 days. If you miss some days, do not lose heart — simply start again.

Daily schedule

MorningAfter Fajr — verse recitation, 15 minutes
EveningAfter Maghrib — verse recitation, 15 minutes
NightBefore sleeping — closing surahs and duas, drink recited-over water
WeeklyOne ruqyah bath a week

Your own dua in your own language (15 minutes)

During or after the recitation of the verses, ask Allah in your own language. Below is a sample — you do not have to read exactly this; say it in your own words.
O Allah, completely destroy every magic, waswasa, and Shaytanic influence in my head and brain. Fill my thoughts, my memory, and my heart with peace and well-being.

Where to massage the recited-over oil

Focus for Ruqyah for Destroying Magic in the Head and Waswasa: The crown of the head, the forehead, the neck, and any places of the body where you feel pain or burning
