16. And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein.

17. When the two receivers [i.e., recording angels] receive, seated on the right and on the left.

18. He [i.e., man] utters no word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].

19. And the intoxication of death will bring the truth; that is what you were trying to avoid.

20. And the Horn will be blown. That is the Day of [carrying out] the threat.

21. And every soul will come, with it a driver and a witness.

22. [It will be said], "You were certainly in unmindfulness of this, and We have removed from you your cover, so your sight, this Day, is sharp."

23. And his companion, [the angel], will say, "This [record] is what is with me, prepared."

24. [Allāh will say], "Throw into Hell every obstinate disbeliever,

25. Preventer of good, aggressor, and doubter,

26. Who made [as equal] with Allāh another deity; then throw him into the severe punishment."

27. His [devil] companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not make him transgress, but he [himself] was in extreme error."

28. [Allāh] will say, "Do not dispute before Me, while I had already presented to you the threat [i.e., warning].

29. The word [i.e., decree] will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants."

30. On the Day We will say to Hell, "Have you been filled?" and it will say, "Are there some more,"

31. And Paradise will be brought near to the righteous, not far,

32. [It will be said], "This is what you were promised - for every returner [to Allāh] and keeper [of His covenant].

33. Who feared the Most Merciful in the unseen and came with a heart returning [in repentance].

34. Enter it in peace. This is the Day of Eternity."

35. They will have whatever they wish therein, and with Us is more.

Self-Ruqyah Guideline

How to perform ruqyah on yourself — according to the topic of this guideline

📌 Self-Ruqyah Guideline

First, note down the problems you want to be free of, or the illnesses you want to be healed from, numbered in order like 1, 2, 3. Then, for the problem or illness at number one, perform ruqyah yourself for 30 minutes on one day; for the problem or illness at number two, perform ruqyah for 30 minutes on the second day. On the third day, for the third problem or illness; on the fourth day, for the fourth problem or illness. In this way, perform ruqyah each day for one problem in order; when the list is finished, start again from number one.

According to the topic of this guideline, your list could look like this:

1. As much as is easy from Surah Qaf (recitation) - Your brother Abu Muhammad Al-Iraqi

Make this list shorter or longer according to your own situation; do not include a problem that you do not have.

🟢 How to perform ruqyah on yourself

"O Allah, as much as is easy from Surah Qaf (recitation) - Your brother Abu Muhammad Al-Iraqi — destroy all the evil eye, hasad, sihr, jinn connected with these, and the Shaytan jinn inside and outside my body, and all their effects"

Recite the above dua in your own language for 15 minutes. On each day, say the name of the problem whose turn it is on the list in the dua. Recite Surah Al-Fatihah, Al-Falaq and An-Nas for the remaining 15 minutes.

In this way, after completing the ruqyah with 15 minutes of dua and 15 minutes of Qur'an verses, a total of 30 minutes, blow into the water, honey, rose water, olive oil and sidr leaves, mix them, and blow again.

By doing this, your own ruqyah is done, and at the same time your recited-over water, recited-over honey, recited-over oil and all the other supplements are ready for use.

🟢 How to use the supplements

1. Recited-over water: Drink every morning and night the water over which you have blown after finishing the ruqyah.

2. Recited-over honey: Take 1 spoonful of recited-over honey on an empty stomach in the morning; if you wish, mix it into recited-over water.

3. Recited-over olive oil: Apply it to the body as described below.

4. Rose water and sidr leaves: Use them in the ruqyah bath (below).

5. Pink salt: 1 spoon in the ruqyah bath.

Recite over all the supplements anew every 7 days. When the water runs out, blow into fresh water again.

🟢 Take the ruqyah bath 1 day a week

How to take the bath:

Take a bucket of bath water. Add 1 litres of recited-over water, a spoonful of pink salt, 10-15 spoonfuls of rose water, 1 to 3 spoonfuls of olive oil, and seven sidr leaves ground into a paste, and mix them into the water.

Then pour another bucket of water from this 1 bucket of water slowly over your head and massage your whole body. Afterwards, bathe with normal fresh water and clean your body.

🟢 Use recited-over olive oil

After the bath and before sleeping at night, apply recited-over olive oil to your whole body. Especially on the places of your body that ache, burn or have rashes, massage with that recited-over olive oil.

🟢 Wash your face / spray with recited-over water

1. Wash your face with recited-over water every morning and night.

2. Put recited-over water in a spray bottle and spray it in every corner of the house, on the bed and on your own body.

3. Mix a glass of recited-over water into the water for mopping the house and mop the house.

4. You may mix some alcohol-free (perfume-free) attar into the recited-over water and use it in the house and on the body.

5. Drink recited-over water before sleeping at night, then sleep.

🟢 Amal

Surah Al-Kahf 3 times at night, Surah Yasin in the morning, Surah Al-Waqi'ah in the evening.

Regularly recite the masnun morning and evening adhkar. After every obligatory salah, recite Ayat al-Kursi and the three Quls.

🟢 Give sadaqah according to your means with the intention of following the Sunnah

Along with regularly doing the masnun amal, give sadaqah according to your own means with the intention of following the Sunnah.

🟢 Important instructions

Recite the verses of this guideline while looking at the mushaf.

The duas in the Sheikh's own language are not masnun — they can also be made in your own language, understanding the meaning and using wording free of shirk.

Do not diagnose yourself from any symptom; if needed, seek the advice of both a raqi and a doctor.

🟢 Self-ruqyah model
