Introduction — who this protocol is for

Piles, or hemorrhoids, is a painful and long-lasting physical problem in which pain, burning and bleeding constantly overwhelm the patient. Alongside treatment, it is the duty of a believer to sincerely ask Allah for shifa, because He alone is the true Healer. This dua has been arranged following the example of Prophet Ayyub (peace be upon him) and Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him), so that healing can be sought with firm faith. Keep up this amal regularly, and never give up a doctor's advice and treatment alongside it.

Signs for which this protocol may help

Important note: Most of the signs above can also have ordinary physical or psychological causes. So first get the necessary medical tests and treatment. Ruqyah runs alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement for it. Do not conclude with certainty that someone is affected by sihr or jinn just because a sign matches.
Translation of the meanings of the Qur'an: Saheeh International (via quran.com).

Opening duas

Make wudu and sit facing the qiblah. Make the intention: through the Word of Allah, I am asking Allah alone for healing.
I begin in the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or on the earth can cause harm; He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Recite: 3 times Nothing can cause sudden harm to the one who recites this dua in the morning and evening. (Tirmidhi 3388)
In the name of Allāh, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Meaning: Surah Al-Faatiha 1:1, Saheeh International.

Special duas — Dua for Relief from Piles

These duas are arranged specifically for this problem. Recite them after you finish the verses.
O Allah! Burn away every painful disease of piles in my body.
Recite: 7 times
In the name of Allah, all control over my body is hereby nullified.
Recite: 7 times
O Allah! By Your power and might, untie every knot tied in my body.
Recite: 7 times
O Allah, Healer of the sick, Responder to the call of the helpless, Most Merciful of the merciful! Forgive our sins and purify our hearts and bodies.
Recite: 1 time
O Allah, grant us healing from this painful illness of piles or hemorrhoids in the lower part of our bodies, and remove all pain, burning and bleeding.
Recite: 3 times The core of the source, an amal specific to piles/hemorrhoids, in which healing is asked for by directly naming the affected place
O Allah, we pray to You through the dua of Prophet Ayyub (peace be upon him) and we believe in the words of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him). So grant us a healing after which no illness remains.
Recite: 3 times The final part, 'Shifa'un la yughadiru saqama', is a part of the dua for the sick narrated in the hadith. It is not a verse of the Qur'an. In the source, the verses of Ayyub (21:83) and Ibrahim (26:80) were quoted word for word inside this dua, and they have been added above as a separate card
O Allah, nullify all magic, the evil eye of the envier, the bad gaze, and the influence of jinn and Shaytan connected with this illness and pain. Keep us away from the harm of the enviers and the plots of Shaytan, and keep us in Your full protection.
Recite: 3 times A dua of precautionary protection. It can be recited even if the cause is not certain; it is not a specific accusation

O Allah, Lord of mankind! Remove the hardship and grant healing. You are the Healer; there is no healing except Your healing — a healing that leaves no illness behind.
Recite: 7 times (Bukhari 5743)

📌 Self-ruqyah guideline

Consistency is the key. A little every day, but regularly.

Method — step by step

  1. Make wudu, then sit somewhere quiet facing the qiblah. Keep your phone away.
  2. Make the intention: I am asking Allah for healing through the Words of Allah; the Words have no power of their own — the power belongs to Allah.
  3. Recite the opening duas (Chapter 1).
  4. Then recite the verses (ayahs) in order. While reciting, blow lightly into both palms and pass your hands over the affected area.
  5. Recite each verse as many times as stated in the instruction box below it — there is no need to do more or less.
  6. In between, make dua wholeheartedly in your own language for 15 minutes. If tears come, do not hold them back.
  7. At the end, recite the closing surahs and duas, then blow lightly into the water.
  8. Continue every day for at least 40 days. If you miss some days, do not lose heart — simply start again.

Daily schedule

MorningAfter Fajr — verse recitation, 15 minutes
EveningAfter Maghrib — verse recitation, 15 minutes
NightBefore sleeping — closing surahs and duas, drink recited-over water

Your own dua in your own language (15 minutes)

O Allah, grant me complete healing from this painful place in my body. Remove this pain, bleeding and burning forever, and give me such a shifa that no suffering remains after it.
