Introduction — who this protocol is for
This ruqyah guideline has been arranged, with the help of the words of Allah, to undo sihr suflī (black magic), the magic that pushes a person toward zina and indecency, to untie magic knots tied on the private parts, and to destroy for good the influence of the lover jinn ('ashiq jinn) and Shaytan from that place. It is especially effective for undoing the influence of magic and jinn that obstruct marriage. It is important to remember: marriage is entirely a matter of qadar, and not every delayed marriage is caused by magic or jinn; in most cases it is not. However, if the signs clearly match, continue this protocol consistently.
Signs for which this protocol may help
- Marriage proposals repeatedly come close to being finalized, but fall apart at the last moment
- You feel an unusual pulling or binding sensation in the body, especially around the private parts
- There is a suspicion that a knot has been tied on the private parts using sihr suflī (black magic)
- There are clear signs that a lover jinn ('ashiq jinn) is creating obstacles in married life
- You feel an influence or provocation that pushes you toward zina and indecency
Important note: Most of the signs above can also have ordinary physical or psychological causes. So first get the necessary medical tests and treatment. Ruqyah runs alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement for it. Do not conclude with certainty that someone is affected by sihr or jinn just because a sign matches.

Opening duas
Make wudu and sit facing the qiblah. Make the intention: through the Word of Allah, I am asking Allah alone for healing.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
I begin in the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or on the earth can cause harm; He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Recite: 3 times
Nothing can cause sudden harm to the one who recites this dua in the morning and evening. (Tirmidhi 3388)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allāh, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Meaning: Surah Al-Faatiha 1:1, Saheeh International.
Recite: 19 times
Before starting the ruqyah, settle your focus and your intention, then recite.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
I seek refuge in the perfect Words of Allah from the evil of all that He has created.
Recite: 3 times

Verses for destroying the strongholds of sihr and the power of Shaytan
Recite aloud with clear pronunciation. If you feel burning or discomfort, do not stop; rather, continue reciting.
هُوَ الَّذِى أَخْرَجَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتٰبِ مِن دِيٰرِهِمْ لِأَوَّلِ الْحَشْرِ ۚ مَا ظَنَنتُمْ أَن يَخْرُجُوا ۖ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُم مَّانِعَتُهُمْ حُصُونُهُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ فَأَتَىٰهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَمْ يَحْتَسِبُوا ۖ وَقَذَفَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمُ الرُّعْبَ ۚ يُخْرِبُونَ بُيُوتَهُم بِأَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَيْدِى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَاعْتَبِرُوا يٰأُولِى الْأَبْصٰرِ ۲
It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allāh; but [the decree of] Allāh came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision.
Recite: 11 times
Intention: Recite while imagining the strongholds of magic and Shaytan being destroyed by your own hand
وَلَوْ تَرَىٰ إِذْ يَتَوَفَّى الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۙ الْمَلٰئِكَةُ يَضْرِبُونَ وُجُوهَهُمْ وَأَدْبٰرَهُمْ وَذُوقُوا عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ ۵۰
And if you could but see when the angels take the souls of those who disbelieved... They are striking their faces and their backs and [saying], "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire.
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Recite while imagining the angels striking the influence of Shaytan and magic, and the punishment of fire being inflicted upon it
Verses for warding off magic that pushes toward indecency and zina
Recite each verse (ayah) attentively, the specified number of times.
قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّىَ الْفَوٰحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْىَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِۦ سُلْطٰنًا وَأَن تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ۳۳
Say, "My Lord has only forbidden immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed - and sin, and oppression without right, and that you associate with Allāh that for which He has not sent down authority, and that you say about Allāh that which you do not know."
Recite: 11 times
Intention: Repel indecency and the magic that pushes toward it by declaring it forbidden
وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَىٰ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ فٰحِشَةً وَسَاءَ سَبِيلًا ۳۲
And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.
Recite: 9 times
Intention: Seek protection from all magic and provocation that push toward zina and indecency
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حٰفِظُونَ ۵
And they who guard their private parts
Recite: 11 times
Intention: Renew your firm resolve for the protection and purity of your private parts
Verses for imprisoning and punishing the lover jinn ('ashiq jinn) and Shaytan
Recite at the end of the daily ruqyah. If a reaction from the jinn appears, patiently continue reciting.
وَحِيلَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ مَا يَشْتَهُونَ كَمَا فُعِلَ بِأَشْيَاعِهِم مِّن قَبْلُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا فِى شَكٍّ مُّرِيبٍ ۵۴
And prevention will be placed between them and what they desire, as was done with their kind before. Indeed, they were in disquieting doubt [i.e., denial].
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Recite while imagining a barrier being placed between you and the attachment and desire created by the lover jinn ('ashiq jinn) and Shaytan
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ ۱۰
Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire.
Recite: 9 times
Intention: Recite while imagining the punishment of fire descending upon the magic and jinn that cause fitnah in marriage
إِذِ الْأَغْلٰلُ فِى أَعْنٰقِهِمْ وَالسَّلٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ ۷۱
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
Recite: Repeatedly, at the end of the audio
Intention: Recite while imagining the jinn and Shaytan in chains and utterly defeated
Special duas — Sihr Suflī and Magic Knots Tied on the Private Parts
These duas are arranged specifically for this problem. Recite them after you finish the verses.
اللَّهُمَّ احْرِقْ كُلَّ عُقْدَةٍ عَلَى عَوْرَتِي
O Allah! Burn away every magic knot on my private parts.
Recite: 7 times
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ يُبْطَلُ كُلُّ تَسَلُّطٍ عَلَى عَوْرَتِي
In the name of Allah — all control over my private parts is hereby nullified.
Recite: 7 times
اللَّهُمَّ بِقُوَّتِكَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ فُكَّ كُلَّ عُقْدَةٍ عُقِدَتْ عَلَى عَوْرَتِي
O Allah! By Your strength and power, untie every knot tied on my private parts.
Recite: 7 times
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِكَلِمَاتِهِ تُحَلُّ عُقَدُ الْعَوْرَاتِ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِكَلِمَاتِهِ تُحْرَقُ عُقَدُ الْعَوْرَاتِ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِكَلِمَاتِهِ تُمَزَّقُ كُلُّ عُقْدَةٍ فِي الْعَوْرَةِ
In the name of Allah and by means of His words, may the magic knots of the private parts be untied. In the name of Allah and by means of His words, may the knots of the private parts be burned. In the name of Allah and by means of His words, may every knot of the private parts be torn to pieces.
Recite: Repeatedly (as many times as it is recited in the audio)
A specific dua for untying and burning the magic knots tied on the private parts
اللَّهُمَّ أَبْطِلْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ فِي الْعَوْرَاتِ، اللَّهُمَّ احْرِقْ كُلَّ شَيْطَانٍ عَاشِقٍ فِي الْعَوْرَاتِ، كُلَّ سِحْرٍ لِلزِّنَا، وَكُلَّ سِحْرٍ لِتَعْطِيلِ الزَّوَاجِ
O Allah! Nullify all the magic done on the private parts. O Allah! Burn away every lover (ashiq) Shaytan that has taken refuge in the private parts. Destroy all magic that pushes toward zina and all magic that creates obstacles to marriage.
Recite: Repeatedly (as many times as it is recited in the audio)
A specific dua for destroying the lover jinn ('ashiq jinn) and the magic that obstructs marriage
Closing surahs and duas
End every session this way. At the end, blow into water and drink it.

Surah Al-Ikhlaas 112:1-4
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ۱ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ ۲ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ۳ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ ۴
Say, "He is Allāh, [who is] One, Allāh, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Strengthening the heart by declaring tawhid
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ۱ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۲ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ۳ وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفّٰثٰتِ فِى الْعُقَدِ ۴ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ۵
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak From the evil of that which He created And from the evil of darkness when it settles And from the evil of the blowers in knots And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Refuge from magic, hasad (envy) and the evil of the night
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ ۱ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ ۲ إِلٰهِ النَّاسِ ۳ مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ ۴ الَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ النَّاسِ ۵ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ ۶
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, The Sovereign of mankind, The God of mankind, From the evil of the retreating whisperer - Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - From among the jinn and mankind".
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Refuge from the waswasa (whispers) of mankind and jinn
أُعِيذُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
I entrust you to the protection of the perfect Words of Allah from every Shaytan, every venomous creature and every harmful evil eye.
Recite: 3 times
The Prophet ﷺ used to recite this dua over Hasan and Husain (may Allah be pleased with them). (Bukhari 3371)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul and of the envier's eye. May Allah heal you. In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you.
Recite: 3 times
Jibril (peace be upon him) performed ruqyah over the Prophet ﷺ in this way. (Muslim 2186)
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
O Allah, Lord of mankind! Remove the hardship and grant healing. You are the Healer; there is no healing except Your healing — a healing that leaves no illness behind.
Recite: 7 times

📌 Self-ruqyah guideline
Consistency is the key. A little every day, but regularly.
Method — step by step
- Make wudu, then sit somewhere quiet facing the qiblah. Keep your phone away.
- Make the intention: I am asking Allah for healing through the Words of Allah; the Words have no power of their own — the power belongs to Allah.
- Recite the opening duas (Chapter 1).
- Then recite the verses (ayahs) in order. While reciting, blow lightly into both palms and pass your hands over the affected area.
- Recite each verse as many times as stated in the instruction box below it — there is no need to do more or less.
- In between, make dua wholeheartedly in your own language for 15 minutes. If tears come, do not hold them back.
- At the end, recite the closing surahs and duas, then blow lightly into the water.
- Continue every day for at least 40 days. If you miss some days, do not lose heart — simply start again.

During or after the recitation of the verses, ask Allah in your own language. Below is a sample — you do not have to read exactly this; say it in your own words.
O Allah, by Your power untie every magic knot tied on my private parts, burn away all the influence of the lover jinn ('ashiq jinn), remove all the obstacles that have arisen in my marriage, and grant me a pure married life.

Supplements and weekly practices
| Recited-over water | Recite the ruqyah verses over a bottle of water and blow into it. Drink it 3 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, at midday, and at night before sleeping. |

| Recited-over honey | Blow into pure honey and take one spoonful every morning. It is good to recite verse 69 of Surah An-Nahl and then blow into it. |

| Black seed (nigella) | Every morning, take 7 black seeds with recited-over honey. The Prophet ﷺ said that black seed contains a cure for every disease except death. (Bukhari 5688) |

| Ruqyah bath | Recite the verses over a bucket of water and blow into it. You may also mix in seven crushed jujube leaves. Pour the water over yourself from the head down and bathe, once a week. |

Ruqyah is a Shariah-based method of treatment; it is not a substitute for necessary medical treatment.
