Ruqyah Protocol
The Jewish Jinn
Ruqyah protocol for a jinn that claims to be Jewish
✦ ✦ ✦
Raqi Faisal Ahmed Sabit
Al Quranic Ruqyah Healing Center
Introduction — who this protocol is for
During ruqyah, the entity in the body sometimes claims a particular religious identity, such as Jewish. It is not right to take this as true, or to get into arguments or conversation with the jinn over this claim; a jinn can lie and can also mislead about its identity. Our task is only to break that claim with the truth of the Qur'an and to establish tawhid, and to leave the rest to Allah. A balance is also important: unusual talk during ruqyah does not always mean a real "Jewish jinn"; it can also be due to tiredness, fear or exaggeration. Continue this protocol steadily only when the signs clearly match.
Signs for which this protocol may help
- The entity in the body identifying itself during ruqyah as Jewish or of some other different religious identity
- Showing an unusual argumentative reaction or intense resistance when hearing Qur'an recitation
- Suddenly feeling a strong, unreasonable aversion to salah or the Qur'an
- Repeatedly seeing in dreams the symbols, clothing or places of worship of a different religion
- Abnormally increasing doubts about faith, or waswasa of disbelief
- A feeling of some presence, with a strong reaction in the body as soon as Qur'an recitation begins
- Unexplained discomfort or resistance regarding matters of tawhid, the oneness of Allah
Important note: Most of the signs above can also have ordinary physical or psychological causes. So first get the necessary medical tests and treatment. Ruqyah runs alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement for it. Do not conclude with certainty that someone is affected by sihr or jinn just because a sign matches.
Translation of the meanings of the Qur'an: Saheeh International (via quran.com).
Opening duas
Make wudu and sit facing the qiblah. Make the intention: through the Word of Allah, I am asking Allah alone for healing.
I begin in the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or on the earth can cause harm; He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Recite: 3 times
Nothing can cause sudden harm to the one who recites this dua in the morning and evening. (Tirmidhi 3388)
In the name of Allāh, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Meaning: Surah Al-Faatiha 1:1, Saheeh International.
Recite: 19 times
Before starting the ruqyah, settle your focus and your intention, then recite.
I seek refuge in the perfect Words of Allah from the evil of all that He has created.

(Muslim 2708)
Verses that break false identity and claims
Recite aloud. Do not respond to any claim, name, identity or argument from the jinn; just keep reciting the verses.
O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allāh guides not the wrongdoing people.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Rejecting the acceptance of the entity claiming a Jewish identity as a guardian or friend
You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers [to be] the Jews and those who associate others with Allāh; and you will find the nearest of them in affection to the believers those who say, "We are Christians." That is because among them are priests and monks and because they are not arrogant.
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Revealing the true identity of the entity that holds the greatest enmity toward the believers
The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allāh"; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is the son of Allāh." That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before [them]. May Allāh destroy them; how are they deluded?
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Rejecting the emptiness of the shirk-based claim and the false attribution
4
Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:67
Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allāh]. And he was not of the polytheists.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Ibrahim (peace be upon him) was not of any sectarian identity; he was a pure monotheist, and to establish this pure path
And never will the Jews and the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the guidance of Allāh is the [only] guidance." If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allāh no protector or helper.
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Firmness in not following any different doctrine; Allah's guidance is the only right path
Verses for rejecting disbelief and establishing tawhid
Make the intention that all influence of disbelief and shirk be removed from the body and the home, and that only pure tawhid remain established.
There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become distinct from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in ṭāghūt and believes in Allāh has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allāh is Hearing and Knowing.
Recite: 11 times
Intention: Rejecting false deities and deceiving claims, and holding the firm handhold of faith in Allah

Surah Aal-i-Imraan 3:19
Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allāh is Islām. And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of Allāh, then indeed, Allāh is swift in [taking] account.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: The only religion acceptable to Allah is Islam; the reckoning of the disbeliever with Allah is swift
O you who have believed, believe in Allāh and His Messenger and the Book that He sent down upon His Messenger and the Scripture which He sent down before. And whoever disbelieves in Allāh, His angels, His books, His messengers, and the Last Day has certainly gone far astray.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: The command to believe fully and indivisibly; partial or false claims are misguidance
And the Jews say, "The hand of Allāh is chained." Chained are their hands, and cursed are they for what they say. Rather, both His hands are extended; He spends however He wills. And that which has been revealed to you from your Lord will surely increase many of them in transgression and disbelief. And We have cast among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war [against you], Allāh extinguished it. And they strive throughout the land [causing] corruption, and Allāh does not like corrupters.
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Declaration of Allah's boundless power against false slander and disbelief and disobedience
Special duas — The Jewish Jinn
These duas are arranged specifically for this problem. Recite them after you finish the verses.
O Allah! Burn away all the jinn in my body that claim to be Jewish.
Recite: 7 times
In the name of Allah, all control over my body is hereby nullified.
Recite: 7 times
O Allah! By Your strength and power, undo every knot tied in my body.
Recite: 7 times
O entity claiming a Jewish identity, get out! Indeed, the only religion acceptable to Allah is Islam.
Recite: As needed
The raqi should say this aloud in front of the patient; do not get into any argument or conversation over what the jinn says in reply.
O Allah, I seek from You complete freedom from all disbelief and shirk that is entangled in my body or home, and I bear witness that there is no true god but You.
Recite: 7 times
O entity that claims any religion other than the religion of Allah, it will never be accepted from you. So, by Allah's permission, get out, humiliated and disgraced.
Recite: 7 times
Closing surahs and duas
End every session this way. At the end, blow into water and drink it.
1
Surah Al-Ikhlaas 112:1-4

Recite: 3 times

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak From the evil of that which He created And from the evil of darkness when it settles And from the evil of the blowers in knots And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Refuge from magic, hasad (envy) and the evil of the night
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, The Sovereign of mankind, The God of mankind, From the evil of the retreating whisperer - Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - From among the jinn and mankind".
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Refuge from the waswasa (whispers) of mankind and jinn
I entrust you to the protection of the perfect Words of Allah from every Shaytan, every venomous creature and every harmful evil eye.
Recite: 3 times
The Prophet ﷺ used to recite this dua over Hasan and Husain (may Allah be pleased with them). (Bukhari 3371)
In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul and of the envier's eye. May Allah heal you. In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you.
Recite: 3 times
Jibril (peace be upon him) performed ruqyah over the Prophet ﷺ in this way. (Muslim 2186)
O Allah, Lord of mankind! Remove the hardship and grant healing. You are the Healer; there is no healing except Your healing — a healing that leaves no illness behind.
Recite: 7 times
(Bukhari 5743)
📌 Self-ruqyah guideline
Consistency is the key. A little every day, but regularly.
Method — step by step
- Make wudu, then sit somewhere quiet facing the qiblah. Keep your phone away.
- Make the intention: I am asking Allah for healing through the Words of Allah; the Words have no power of their own — the power belongs to Allah.
- Recite the opening duas (Chapter 1).
- Then recite the verses (ayahs) in order. While reciting, blow lightly into both palms and pass your hands over the affected area.
- Recite each verse as many times as stated in the instruction box below it — there is no need to do more or less.
- In between, make dua wholeheartedly in your own language for 15 minutes. If tears come, do not hold them back.
- At the end, recite the closing surahs and duas, then blow lightly into the water.
- Continue every day for at least 40 days. If you miss some days, do not lose heart — simply start again.
Daily schedule
| Morning | After Fajr — verse recitation, 15 minutes |
| Evening | After Maghrib — verse recitation, 15 minutes |
| Night | Before sleeping — closing surahs and duas, drink recited-over water |
| Weekly | One ruqyah bath a week |
Your own dua in your own language (15 minutes)
During or after the recitation of the verses, ask Allah in your own language. Below is a sample — you do not have to read exactly this; say it in your own words.
O Allah, I have no true god but You. If any entity is staying in my body or home under a false religious identity, humiliate it, defeat it and drive it out, and keep me steadfast upon pure tawhid. Do not let any doubt or whisper of disbelief enter my faith.
Where to massage the recited-over oil
Focus for The Jewish Jinn: The crown of the head, the forehead, the chest and both shoulders
Supplements and weekly practices
| Recited-over water | Recite the ruqyah verses over a bottle of water and blow into it. Drink it 3 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, at midday, and at night before sleeping. |
| Recited-over honey | Blow into pure honey and take one spoonful every morning. It is good to recite verse 69 of Surah An-Nahl and then blow into it. |
| Recited-over olive oil | Recite the verses over olive oil, blow into it, and massage it into the affected area. It is best done at night before sleeping. |
| Black seed (nigella) | Every morning, take 7 black seeds with recited-over honey. The Prophet ﷺ said that black seed contains a cure for every disease except death. (Bukhari 5688) |
| Ruqyah bath | Recite the verses over a bucket of water and blow into it. You may also mix in seven crushed jujube leaves. Pour the water over yourself from the head down and bathe, once a week. |
| Spraying the home | Put recited-over water in a spray bottle and spray it in the corners of the house, on the doors and windows, and under the bed. |
Daily practices (amal)
Alongside ruqyah, it is these practices that give long-term protection.
| After Fajr | Surah Yasin 1 time |
| Morning and evening | The morning and evening adhkar from Hisnul Muslim, regularly |
| After Asr | Surah Al-Waqi'ah 1 time |
| At night | Surah Qaf 3 times, Surah Al-Mulk 1 time |
| Before sleeping | Ayat al-Kursi 1 time, the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah, and the three Quls 3 times each. Blow into your hands and wipe them over your whole body. |
| Every day | Give sadaqah as much as you can, every day, even if only a little. Sadaqah wards off calamity. |
| Every day | The obligatory salah in congregation, istighfar 100 times, salawat upon the Prophet 100 times |
Ruqyah is a Shariah-based method of treatment; it is not a substitute for necessary medical treatment.
