Introduction — who this protocol is for

The Qur'an directly mentions the declaration of the creation of angels with wings, and the description of a bird flying with two wings. This proves that every creature with wings is entirely under Allah's will and control: if He wills, He gives two, three or four wings, and the spreading and folding of a bird's wings also move only by His command. This compilation was prepared by systematically examining 6,236 verses of the whole Qur'an (including root and morphological forms) and identifying every genuine use of the words "wing" and "pinion" — not from any assumption or guesswork.

Signs for which this protocol may help

Important note: Most of the signs above can also have ordinary physical or psychological causes. So first get the necessary medical tests and treatment. Ruqyah runs alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement for it. Do not conclude with certainty that someone is affected by sihr or jinn just because a sign matches.
Translation of the meanings of the Qur'an: Saheeh International (via quran.com).

Opening duas

Make wudu and sit facing the qiblah. Make the intention: through the Word of Allah, I am asking Allah alone for healing.
I begin in the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or on the earth can cause harm; He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Recite: 3 times Nothing can cause sudden harm to the one who recites this dua in the morning and evening. (Tirmidhi 3388)
In the name of Allāh, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Meaning: Surah Al-Faatiha 1:1, Saheeh International.
Recite: 19 times Before starting the ruqyah, settle your focus and your intention, then recite.
I seek refuge in the perfect Words of Allah from the evil of all that He has created.
Recite: 3 times (Muslim 2708)

Verses for breaking the control of the jinn

Recite aloud. If discomfort or tears come over you, do not stop — keep reciting.
1
Surah Al-Jinn 72:1-9
Say, [O Muḥammad], "It has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened and said, 'Indeed, we have heard an amazing Qur’ān [i.e., recitation]. It guides to the right course, and we have believed in it. And we will never associate with our Lord anyone. And [it teaches] that exalted is the nobleness of our Lord; He has not taken a wife or a son And that our foolish one [i.e., Iblees] has been saying about Allāh an excessive transgression. And we had thought that mankind and the jinn would never speak about Allāh a lie. And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden [i.e., sin]. And they had thought, as you thought, that Allāh would never send anyone [as a messenger]. And we have sought [to reach] the heaven but found it filled with powerful guards and burning flames. And we used to sit therein in positions for hearing, but whoever listens now will find a burning flame lying in wait for him.
Recite: 3 times Intention: The jinn's admission and their limitations
2
Surah As-Saaffaat 37:1-10
By those [angels] lined up in rows And those who drive [the clouds] And those who recite the message, Indeed, your God is One, Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises. Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars And as protection against every rebellious devil [So] they may not listen to the exalted assembly [of angels] and are pelted from every side, Repelled; and for them is a constant punishment, Except one who snatches [some words] by theft, but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness].
Recite: 7 times Intention: A blazing flame against rebellious devils
3
Surah Ar-Rahmaan 55:33-36
O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allāh]. So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves. So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Recite: 3 times Intention: Neither jinn nor humans can cross the limits set by Allah

[All] praise is [due] to Allāh, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allāh is over all things competent.
Recite: 7 times Intention: The declaration that He created angels with two, three or four wings — every creature with wings is entirely subject to Allah's will (Surah Fatir)
6
Surah Al-An'aam 6:38
And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered.
Recite: 7 times Intention: Every bird flying with its two wings is a distinct community of Allah's creation, and nothing lies outside His knowledge (Surah Al-An'am)
7
Surah Al-Mulk 67:19
Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing.
Recite: 7 times Intention: Complete control over the spreading and folding of the birds' wings lies solely in the hand of Allah, Ar-Rahman (Surah Al-Mulk)
8
Surah An-Noor 24:41
Do you not see that Allāh is exalted by whomever is within the heavens and the earth and [by] the birds with wings spread [in flight]? Each [of them] has known his [means of] prayer and exalting [Him], and Allāh is Knowing of what they do.
Recite: 7 times Intention: Everything in the heavens and the earth, including the birds with spread wings, glorifies Allah — no winged being is beyond His control (Surah An-Nur)

Recite: 7 times (Bukhari 5743)

📌 Self-ruqyah guideline

Consistency is the key. A little every day, but regularly.

Method — step by step

  1. Make wudu, then sit somewhere quiet facing the qiblah. Keep your phone away.
  2. Make the intention: I am asking Allah for healing through the Words of Allah; the Words have no power of their own — the power belongs to Allah.
  3. Recite the opening duas (Chapter 1).
  4. Then recite the verses (ayahs) in order. While reciting, blow lightly into both palms and pass your hands over the affected area.
  5. Recite each verse as many times as stated in the instruction box below it — there is no need to do more or less.
  6. In between, make dua wholeheartedly in your own language for 15 minutes. If tears come, do not hold them back.
  7. At the end, recite the closing surahs and duas, then blow lightly into the water.
  8. Continue every day for at least 40 days. If you miss some days, do not lose heart — simply start again.

Daily schedule

MorningAfter Fajr — verse recitation, 15 minutes
EveningAfter Maghrib — verse recitation, 15 minutes
NightBefore sleeping — closing surahs and duas, drink recited-over water
WeeklyOne ruqyah bath a week

Your own dua in your own language (15 minutes)

During or after the recitation of the verses, ask Allah in your own language. Below is a sample — you do not have to read exactly this; say it in your own words.
O Allah, just as You created the angels with two, three or four wings as You willed, and the spreading and folding of every wing of a bird moves by Your command alone — likewise, complete control over every being that comes in a winged form to harm me is in Your hand. Drive every winged jinn away from my sleep, my breath and my house. Keep me and my house in Your protection.

Where to massage the recited-over oil

Focus for The Winged Jinn: The chest, the neck, and the upper back in line with the two shoulder blades

Supplements and weekly practices

Recited-over waterRecite the ruqyah verses over a bottle of water and blow into it. Drink it 3 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, at midday, and at night before sleeping.
Recited-over honeyBlow into pure honey and take one spoonful every morning. It is good to recite verse 69 of Surah An-Nahl and then blow into it.
Recited-over olive oilRecite the verses over olive oil, blow into it, and massage it into the affected area. It is best done at night before sleeping.
Black seed (nigella)Every morning, take 7 black seeds with recited-over honey. The Prophet ﷺ said that black seed contains a cure for every disease except death. (Bukhari 5688)
Ruqyah bathRecite the verses over a bucket of water and blow into it. You may also mix in seven crushed jujube leaves. Pour the water over yourself from the head down and bathe, once a week.
Spraying the homePut recited-over water in a spray bottle and spray it in the corners of the house, on the doors and windows, and under the bed.
