Introduction — who this protocol is for
Magic does not always stay fixed in one place — often it spreads through the blood and various parts of the body, and is tied as knots in the stomach or inside the body. This is why on different days pain, burning or rashes may appear in different parts of the body. This protocol is arranged to gather and bring out the magic spread through the body and blood, to undo the knots tied inside the body, and to destroy the influence of the jinn connected to it. The key point here is to keep going consistently, without expecting results from reciting just once.
Signs for which this protocol may help
- Feeling pain, burning or rashes in different parts of the body in turn, for which no specific medical cause is being found
- Having a feeling of a hard knot or binding in the stomach or inside the body
- Suspecting that magic has spread into the body or blood, especially when you do not find full relief from the general ruqyah protocol
- Feeling discomfort connected to the influence of jinn inside and outside the body
Important note: Most of the signs above can also have ordinary physical or psychological causes. So first get the necessary medical tests and treatment. Ruqyah runs alongside medical treatment, not as a replacement for it. Do not conclude with certainty that someone is affected by sihr or jinn just because a sign matches.

Opening duas
Make wudu and sit facing the qiblah. Make the intention: through the Word of Allah, I am asking Allah alone for healing.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
I begin in the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the heavens or on the earth can cause harm; He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Recite: 3 times
Nothing can cause sudden harm to the one who recites this dua in the morning and evening. (Tirmidhi 3388)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allāh, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Meaning: Surah Al-Faatiha 1:1, Saheeh International.
Recite: 19 times
Before starting the ruqyah, settle your focus and your intention, then recite.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
I seek refuge in the perfect Words of Allah from the evil of all that He has created.
Recite: 3 times

Verses for understanding the nature and limits of sihr (magic)
Recite calmly and firmly, understanding the meaning — with the realization that the power of magic cannot go beyond Allah's permission.
وَاتَّبَعُوا مَا تَتْلُوا الشَّيٰطِينُ عَلَىٰ مُلْكِ سُلَيْمٰنَ ۖ وَمَا كَفَرَ سُلَيْمٰنُ وَلٰكِنَّ الشَّيٰطِينَ كَفَرُوا يُعَلِّمُونَ النَّاسَ السِّحْرَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ عَلَى الْمَلَكَيْنِ بِبَابِلَ هٰرُوتَ وَمٰرُوتَ ۚ وَمَا يُعَلِّمَانِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ فِتْنَةٌ فَلَا تَكْفُرْ ۖ فَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مِنْهُمَا مَا يُفَرِّقُونَ بِهِۦ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَزَوْجِهِۦ ۚ وَمَا هُم بِضَارِّينَ بِهِۦ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مَا يَضُرُّهُمْ وَلَا يَنفَعُهُمْ ۚ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمُوا لَمَنِ اشْتَرَىٰهُ مَا لَهُۥ فِى الْءَاخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلٰقٍ ۚ وَلَبِئْسَ مَا شَرَوْا بِهِۦ أَنفُسَهُمْ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ ۱۰۲
And they followed [instead] what the devils had recited during the reign of Solomon. It was not Solomon who disbelieved, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic and that which was revealed to the two angels at Babylon, Hārūt and Mārūt. But they [i.e., the two angels] do not teach anyone unless they say, "We are a trial, so do not disbelieve [by practicing magic]." And [yet] they learn from them that by which they cause separation between a man and his wife. But they do not harm anyone through it except by permission of Allāh. And they [i.e., people] learn what harms them and does not benefit them. But they [i.e., the Children of Israel] certainly knew that whoever purchased it [i.e., magic] would not have in the Hereafter any share. And wretched is that for which they sold themselves, if they only knew.
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Firmly remembering this truth: the true source of sihr and the limit of its power are under Allah's permission
Verses for bringing out and destroying magic from the body and blood
Recite loudly and continuously. If pain, trembling or discomfort comes in the body, do not stop — rather, place your hand on the area of the spine and rib cage and continue reciting.

Surah Al-A'raaf 7:117-118
۞ وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ أَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ ۖ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ ۱۱۷ فَوَقَعَ الْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ ۱۱۸
And We inspired to Moses, "Throw your staff," and at once it devoured what they were falsifying. So the truth was established, and abolished was what they were doing.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Completely nullifying and destroying the false creations of the magicians and the influence of magic
إِذِ الْأَغْلٰلُ فِى أَعْنٰقِهِمْ وَالسَّلٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ ۷۱
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Chaining and imprisoning the jinn and Shaytan inside and outside the body
قَالَ فَاخْرُجْ مِنْهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمٌ ۷۷
[Allāh] said, "Then get out of it [i.e., Paradise], for indeed, you are expelled.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Driving the influence of jinn and magic out of the body
يَخْرُجُ مِن بَيْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ ۷
Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Reciting with the intention of drawing out the influence of magic from between the spine and the rib cage
وَقَدِمْنَا إِلَىٰ مَا عَمِلُوا مِنْ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلْنٰهُ هَبَاءً مَّنثُورًا ۲۳
And We will approach [i.e., regard] what they have done of deeds and make them as dust dispersed.
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Destroying the amal of magic tied in the body by turning it into scattered particles of dust
Special duas — Magic in the Body and Blood
These duas are arranged specifically for this problem. Recite them after you finish the verses.
اللَّهُمَّ احْرِقْ كُلَّ سِحْرٍ وَعُقْدَةٍ عَلَى دَمِي وَجَسَدِي
O Allah! Burn away all the magic and knots in my blood and body.
Recite: 7 times
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ يُبْطَلُ كُلُّ تَسَلُّطٍ عَلَى دَمِي وَجَسَدِي
In the name of Allah — all control over my blood and body is hereby nullified.
Recite: 7 times
اللَّهُمَّ بِقُوَّتِكَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ فُكَّ كُلَّ عُقْدَةٍ عُقِدَتْ عَلَى دَمِي وَجَسَدِي
O Allah! By Your strength and power, untie every knot tied in my blood and body.
Recite: 7 times
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، تَوَكَّلْنَا عَلَى اللَّهِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ، حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ، حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَسِحْرٍ فِي الْجَسَدِ
In the name of Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. We have relied on Allah, and there is no strength or power except with Allah's help. Allah is sufficient for me, and what an excellent Disposer of affairs He is. Allah is sufficient for me against all the Shaytan and magic inside the body.
Recite: 3 times
A dua to recite for tawakkul (reliance on Allah) and for seeking protection against the sihr (magic) inside the body
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ عُقْدَةٍ كَبِيرَةٍ فِي الْبَطْنِ وَالْمَعِدَةِ، وَكُلُّ شَيْطَانٍ دَاخِلَ الْعُقْدَةِ وَالسِّحْرِ يُحْرَقُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Allah is sufficient for me against every large knot (knot of magic) in the stomach and belly. And may every Shaytan within the knots and the magic be burned to ashes in the name of Allah.
Recite: 3 times
A dua to recite specifically targeting the knots tied in the stomach/belly
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِكَلِمَاتِهِ يُجْمَعُ السِّحْرُ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِكَلِمَاتِهِ يُسْحَبُ السِّحْرُ
In the name of Allah and by means of His words, may the magic (spread through the body) be gathered together. In the name of Allah and by means of His words, may the magic be drawn out.
Recite: 3 times
A dua for gathering and drawing out the magic spread through the body and blood
Closing surahs and duas
End every session this way. At the end, blow into water and drink it.

Surah Al-Ikhlaas 112:1-4
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ۱ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ ۲ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ۳ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ ۴
Say, "He is Allāh, [who is] One, Allāh, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
Recite: 3 times
Intention: Strengthening the heart by declaring tawhid
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ۱ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۲ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ۳ وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفّٰثٰتِ فِى الْعُقَدِ ۴ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ۵
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak From the evil of that which He created And from the evil of darkness when it settles And from the evil of the blowers in knots And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Refuge from magic, hasad (envy) and the evil of the night
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ ۱ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ ۲ إِلٰهِ النَّاسِ ۳ مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ ۴ الَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ النَّاسِ ۵ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ ۶
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, The Sovereign of mankind, The God of mankind, From the evil of the retreating whisperer - Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - From among the jinn and mankind".
Recite: 7 times
Intention: Refuge from the waswasa (whispers) of mankind and jinn
أُعِيذُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
I entrust you to the protection of the perfect Words of Allah from every Shaytan, every venomous creature and every harmful evil eye.
Recite: 3 times
The Prophet ﷺ used to recite this dua over Hasan and Husain (may Allah be pleased with them). (Bukhari 3371)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul and of the envier's eye. May Allah heal you. In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah over you.
Recite: 3 times
Jibril (peace be upon him) performed ruqyah over the Prophet ﷺ in this way. (Muslim 2186)
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
O Allah, Lord of mankind! Remove the hardship and grant healing. You are the Healer; there is no healing except Your healing — a healing that leaves no illness behind.
Recite: 7 times

📌 Self-ruqyah guideline
Consistency is the key. A little every day, but regularly.
Method — step by step
- Make wudu, then sit somewhere quiet facing the qiblah. Keep your phone away.
- Make the intention: I am asking Allah for healing through the Words of Allah; the Words have no power of their own — the power belongs to Allah.
- Recite the opening duas (Chapter 1).
- Then recite the verses (ayahs) in order. While reciting, blow lightly into both palms and pass your hands over the affected area.
- Recite each verse as many times as stated in the instruction box below it — there is no need to do more or less.
- In between, make dua wholeheartedly in your own language for 15 minutes. If tears come, do not hold them back.
- At the end, recite the closing surahs and duas, then blow lightly into the water.
- Continue every day for at least 40 days. If you miss some days, do not lose heart — simply start again.

During or after the recitation of the verses, ask Allah in your own language. Below is a sample — you do not have to read exactly this; say it in your own words.
O Allah, untie and destroy every magic and every knot spread through my body and blood. Bring out the influence of magic from every part of my body and grant me complete wellness.
Where to massage the recited-over oil
Focus for Magic in the Body and Blood: The whole body, especially the places where pain, burning or rashes are felt, and the stomach
Supplements and weekly practices
| Recited-over water | Recite the ruqyah verses over a bottle of water and blow into it. Drink it 3 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, at midday, and at night before sleeping. |

| Recited-over honey | Blow into pure honey and take one spoonful every morning. It is good to recite verse 69 of Surah An-Nahl and then blow into it. |

| Recited-over olive oil | Recite the verses over olive oil, blow into it, and massage it into the affected area. It is best done at night before sleeping. |

| Black seed (nigella) | Every morning, take 7 black seeds with recited-over honey. The Prophet ﷺ said that black seed contains a cure for every disease except death. (Bukhari 5688) |

| Ruqyah bath | Recite the verses over a bucket of water and blow into it. You may also mix in seven crushed jujube leaves. Pour the water over yourself from the head down and bathe, once a week. |

| Spraying the home | Put recited-over water in a spray bottle and spray it in the corners of the house, on the doors and windows, and under the bed. |

Ruqyah is a Shariah-based method of treatment; it is not a substitute for necessary medical treatment.
